I went back to the store all irate and demanded a phone number since I'm storing their cover still waiting on mine with no answer...he refused to give me anything. Only to find out Nick left the company (even though his name is on their phone) and they got rid of tons of staff. Owner calls Saturday, says give me till Monday. UPDATE: Keith saw the review, told me to take it down. Cover will be her next week and we will pick up the wrong size cover. Never heard from them again.

We called them numerous times until they finally had somebody come over to take a look at it. They tried to blame it on us stating we told there people where to place the slats. we know about hot tubs so they charged us for their job that was not done properly. It was incompetently done again by them so They had another technician come over and still problems. they thereby gave us a number of someone who fixed hot tubs we called this person. This person came over looked at our system said we need certain parts. We waited on the part after he did whatever our tub it would no longer heat up. he thereby told us we needed a part which was $1000 we paid for the part. After four months of messing with this person. We thereby get a call from the police saying that the person that they gave us is under indictment for fraud. We had to give testimony to federal authorities .This company does not standby their work. We wish we had purchased this tub from someone else and the only thing we get are excuses and runarounds so bad that we will not call them again. Our Jacuzzi has not been used in over nine months I don't know what to do. Hopefully we can find a repair man but do not use this company ever ever. We have wasted a lot of money and a lot of time.!

Updated 3/8/22 The owner of FSBD contacted the previous owner's son, to finish the expired permit work. FSBD opened permit for work, but FSBD did not do any of the work, drywall in the basement. FSBD only did the electrical work in the basement. FSBD quickly completed the electric work. The county had assumed informed me the permit work was all done by FSBD. Actually, drywall was done by the home previous owners, son's business, it needed firewall. I gave FSBD the review of 5 stars. I appreciate their attention to contact the previous owner and finally got my basement work finished. Thank you!

After several weeks of back and forth, a representative for FSBD instructed my father to provide a $5,000 deposit to secure a spot on their schedule; after that, FSBD would send over a contract. After receiving the contract, which he never signed, my father had several concerns about the language it used (particularly regarding indemnification). A different FSBD rep told him the contract language couldn't be changed, so my father let the company know via e-mail that he was going to go with a different contractor and asked for his deposit back. There was no response from FSBD for several days. By the time someone did get back to him, my father had signed a contract with another company. However, FSBD refused to give back the deposit. At that point, I stepped in (I'm a lawyer). FSBD still wouldn't return the money, so we filed an action against them in small claims court. There was a trial, and the judge agreed with us and entered a judgment against FSBD. The judge instructed the company to return the entire $5,000 plus court costs. However, the owner still won't return the money, in violation of the Court's Order. In short, I wouldn't recommend this company on account of its dishonest business practices.

Tried to schedule an appointment to vacuum my pool online, the website says to email, the employee responds saying to call, I call, they point me back to the site, and around we go until my wife has the smart idea to screenshot what the website says. They finally come out and tell me the pool is too far gone for a vacuum because the algae is too thick on the bottom. Well it wouldn't have been if you morons would have come out when I first tried to get you out here. Additionally, algae is easily treated with an algaecide. Simply add the algaecide I had in the shed, email me that you used the treatment, and schedule a vacuuming later. This is not hard. Or, email me with options, not just "we can't do anything." Lazy. Or stupid. Or both. Not sure. But these people suck.

I showed the driver where I would like to pool to be stored; which was inside our one carport. Endless Pool also sent the Packing List of what was shipped. The contractor that had installed over 1,000 endless pools. installed our pool; after receiving all permits for; endless pool installation, electrical and concrete. My pool was fully above ground.
