The instructions made it straight forward to put together, but I had to contact support a few times & they were always there with the correct & easy to follow answers to my questions (even during covid!). I would not recommend buying one of these. I bought one with the swim and treadmill. I have had way too many issues and it always leaks from the bottom and there is no way to find it or fix it unless they really tear the whole thing apart. I have to keep shutting it off and back on since part of it stops working and needs to be reset. I regret buying it since I do not think the quality is good and they are expensive to try to fix and the place I bought mine, Coastal Spa and Patio in CA has been so horrible to deal with it makes the experience so much worse and I won't even work with them anymore. The swim machine is not as easy to use as they say it is and it was a waste of money for me. I had been looking at the endless pool for 20 years; dating back to 2005. My Senior Product Specialist; Monique Bertsch checked in with me on the phone every year. This year she was a big help with the Product Configurator, making my payment, and putting me in contact with my installer. After I completed the "Product Configurator" my endless pool was made ready for shipment to our home. ABF Freight was the shipping company deliver our Endless Pool. I showed the driver where I would like to pool to be stored; which was inside our one carport. Endless Pool also sent the Packing List of what was shipped. Keeping it factual only. Have had the pool for 6 months since install completed. I continue to have things break and then wanting me to spend money to have technicians fix it. 1) Installation took 9 months 2) Communication is horrible. They do not tell you who is responsible for installing what. During sales they make it sound like it's all them, but then turns out they use 3rd party installers who only put the pool together. Nothing to do with the site (for an inground pool), electrical, plumbing, etc. 3) Quality is horrible. In the 6 months have had our security cover broken 3 different times and unable to use the pool for most of this time. Now the swim pump is broken and doesn't work. Also the gas heater now doesn't work. 4) The app for the phone is worthless and cheap. It never works and just spins. I have gone through all the troubleshooting with (again a 3rd party) because it's not endless Pool. Strong wifi, strong signal to their box, etc. Justin spins and never works. 5) They only support hardware. So they want you to pay the technicians to figure out why the pool doesn't work. 6) their installers/techs (all 3rd party's) live hours away, and want to of course charge $1000 just to come to the city and look at it. read more

We received our pool in April of 2022. Our purchase decision was facilitated by Joe Willard who patiently answered all our crazy questions and got to know me well enough to build my confidence in installing the pool myself. I had a carpenter reconfigure a room in our basement. I had a friend help me for a few days with some of the awkward stuff. Most of the pool assembly was by me and an electrician did the final wiring hook up. I did take advantage of Endless pools help desk. I am not go to guess how many times I had to call them. Quite a few. The instruction manual and assembly videos were good. I was nervous so if I wasn't positive about something I called. The help desk was great. I got to know a couple of those guys real well. Once I needed a different part and they shipped the part to me in a couple days. I am a "good handyman". I was a wood shop student in public schools from 7-12 grade. My father was a good carpenter and mechanic so I had some background. I know lots of guys that tackle stuff I wouldn't touch. If you can read an instruction manure and use common tools you can do this. I would not hesitate to do it again. I was nervous using the hole saw to make the cuts for the circulation pump. Probably because you only get one chance to get it right. You do have to be able to measure accurately. Our pool has been up and running two years without any problems. General maintenance like pool chemistry and changing the water are easy. When younger I was a competitive swimmer and a pool manager. I would recommend the Fit@Home for workouts and I really enjoy the underwater mirror. The Endless Pool swimming experience is unique: Smooth current, no bubbles. This is an investment, not a toy. Something my wife and I thought long and hard about, and had a very mixed experience. The pool is great when it works. Love the ability to swim for exercise, or relax in the summer. Unfortunately, each of the two winters we have had it, the external gas heater we purchased as part of the package has had an issue leaving the pool essentially an ice bath. The service after the purchase is virtually non-existent. Calls are not returned, and the service center does not have any information to give out that is of any use. Regular pool companies are unable to work on the Endless Pool system as it has unique piping. We are now three months into looking for a solution, and may have finally found help through a friend. Finally. The installation is poor. The deck we had built at the same time is of poor quality, and we had to replace the entire railing around the deck to ensure the safety of our family and guests. The insulation around the pool panels was shoddy, and we will have to fix that on our own soon. Overall, I would suggest to anyone looking that they keep in mind that this is a lifetime purchase, and the service afterwards is probably more important than the product itself. read more

I ordered replacement filters online and got an email saying I ordered the wrong filters and asked if I wanted them to change the order? I replied yes and asked if they also had a replacement head rest for my swim spa. They said yes and sent that as well. Our Endless Pool is my favourite investment in health and fitness!! I get to swim every single day in my backyard! We installed our Endless Pool in October 2020 and we have only had 1 problem - April 2025. We called customer service and they sent us a Youtube video to troubleshoot and fix the problem. We followed the instructions and fixed our pool. Then we ordered a new part which appears to be malfunctioning. That all happened in a 2 hour window. We swam 1 hour later after the fix! Meanwhile, I called a local technician to come to fix it (before we got the troubleshooting advice from Endless Pools) and they could not come to assess the issue for 2 weeks. I bought my Endless Pool 21 years ago. I was impressed with all the videos, documentation, customer service to assist along the way. Fast forward to this last week with my contractor having some questions regarding installing a new pool liner and ordering new hose kit for propulsion system. Tech support got on the call and they figured everything out. They make sure based on your pool history that you order the correct parts as well, which I appreciate. They are very professional and extremely nice and knowledgeable. Their records went back 21 years! My contractor was very impressed with the diagram sent with pool liner so that he could see how to quickly dismantle the pool to install new liner. The smartest thing I ever did in my whole life was to buy an Endless Pool---25 years ago! Because of my beloved EP, I am healthy and fit at age 73: no heart disease, no hypertension, no obesity, no diabetes, no renal failure, no cancer and no meds! My EP is in a sunroom attached to the back of my house. In the summer, with the windows open, I have an outdoor pool. In the winter, with the windows closed, I have an indoor pool. I can swim whenever I want: no worries about the pool only being open for lap swimming from 5:00 to 6:00, being closed for holidays or private parties. No driving in traffic, hunting for a parking space and a locker. No waiting for an open lane. No worries about swimming too fast or slow for someone else, a child jumping on me, or being hit by a flying kickboard. No heavy chlorine odor; not too hot nor too cold. We purchased our first Endless Pool in 2017. We recently purchased our second Endless Pool after moving to a new home. The pools come in various dimensions, depths, and configurations. They even offer a water bike, treadmill, and other accessories. Both of our pools have been indoors with the dual propulsion set up to swim side-by-side. The Endless Pools staff are helpful in assisting in the buying and selection process. With our first pool, we were warned of the potential noise of the propulsion motors, so we upgraded to a quieter motor option. With our recent second pool purchase, the quieter motors came standard without having to upgrade. With our previous and current pools, we placed our motors outside in a shed, so we don't hear them at all from the pool. However, when standing right next to the motors, it's only a dull hum and not very loud. Even with 6+ hours of usage per day, our pool water quality stays crystal clear. The pool is easy and cost effective to run and maintain. With heavy usage, we add about 1-2 cups of bleach per day and the filters are washable and reusable. We enjoy the convenience of being able to swim and exercise without driving to a rec center or club and waiting for open lanes. Our teenage kids love it as a place to hang out with their friends and our young grandchildren look forward to visiting so they can play in the pool. We've had our endless pool since 2016. We HAD great maintenance guy for several years. He did a great job but he went in another direction. I needed some help with the temperature display unit and Gecko board. I called EP and was told to fill out a service request form on their website to have an independent technician assigned. I had the worst experience with this tech. He ordered a new $800 circulation motor, put it in and left his trash, the old used motor and charged me $600. No receipt, no call back to pick up his used motor. According to EP we need a new liner and hydraulic motor as part of service after 6 plus years. We were told to watch the videos or read the directions. I'm hesitant about using for another technician that they have zero information about. Basically if you buy and invest in an EP, you are on your own if you need ANY repairs or maintenance. I would NEVER have decided on spending the money on an EP if I was going to do the maintenance myself. Totally frustrated with the lack of help from EP. They are happy to take your money! Just Purchased a Fastlane Pro deck mount from Endless Pools and I couldn't be happier with the communication and service that Mark and Brendan have provided. I have been talking to them for over a year about the purchase and they really were very good at making the process as informative and easy as possible even making sure my pool contractor had all of the correct information on how to install sending diagrams and even a zoom meeting to review. I would like to love my pool, but there are some things that keep this from happening: poor construction- failed panels which I will have to fix myself since their repair costs and their chosen repairman is not reasonable, hidden costs such as an uninsulated pool that cost me $300 in electric bills last month due to poor insulation and limited usability- not to mention I couldn't swim in it in the summer if the temperature got over 100 because there is no way to cool it down either. They make you use their installers and the one we used put a main line in off center which means it leaks, and tried to blame his poor construction on us. Then the panels. If they would use a longer metal channel to hang them, like 1/4-1/2" longer then they would not have failed. But they don't care and we are now haggling over repair costs. For $50,000 after install you would think they would have some customer service.... wow. Buy a swim spa and save yourself the grief. read more

10/6/20 Followup: Got a phone call from a rep today. Defensive about how the business has been going strong for 30 years and people just DIY things themselves, use an online video or get a handyman. So in my spare time, I am supposed to go out balancing a flashlight in one hand, watch a video, and try to figure out how to flush air out of the line and install a new speed current valve on my luxury pool product? I pointed out that the Sacramento and environs has one million people and they have one tech for that area. Really poor customer service. I am lowering my rating. The correct conversation would have been to apologize for the difficulty in getting someone to help out and working with me to find someone who could do the job. Or better yet, talk about hiring a few extra people for the area and doing adequate training especially at a time when people can use work. We bought a house with an original Endless Pool in 2018. It needed refurbishing and the only EP certified pool tech we could find in the area came to do it. He did a good job but a couple of years later we've got other things that have come up and he has been too busy to get out here for several months. Endless Pools says they have no other tech in the area even though they sell these pools in the Sacramento area and we live just 40 minutes out of town. They told us we could just get a regular pool person to do it and they could offer phone support but the one person that we had out to work on our spa and works on other pools is not comfortable doing the work. So even though it's a cool product, I would not get it unless you call them to verify there are multiple techs in the area should servicing needs arise. read more

We put in our Endless Pool 2 years ago, and it worked well at the beginning, although installation was a bear and not easy to find someone to do it. This year, however, a number of things stopped working and we have had it in maintenance mode for several months, waiting for new parts, no one to help. They give technical advice that is clearly incorrect, as if they don't actually know what the parts look like, and it has overall been a very negative experience. It's a great idea, but none of it lasts, and there is no support. The installers won't deal with it anymore as it was so frustrating for them. Bottom line is don't buy this product. read more

Been in contact with EP for several years. Finally pulled the trigger and hired their recommended local contractor for Marin County, CA. He has been great, Mike Bovarnick. When it finally came time to opening up the crate and assembling the pool, contractor noticed that the pool cover rails were missing. He called the factory and notified them. After getting vague responses from the Factory, I got involved. NOTHING but disapppointment from Charles and the other customer services folks, and the sales lady Monique (oh, that's not my area). They blame it on their pool cover vendor. It has been three weeks, and my project has ground to a halt. Rails have been "out for delivery" for a week, and still nothing. We have not even assembled our $55,000 Endless Pool, and here I am writing the first Yelp review of my life. That's how pissed I am. I am allowing some wiggle room to downgrade from 2 stars to 1 star depending on how much worse the situation can get. Oh, and they forgot to ship all the bolts needed to assemble the frame. At least they sent that to my contractor. Crappy start to my EP experience. Lastly, the rails were manufactured 2 hours from my house, and it has been "out for delivery" for 8 days. I LOVE my Endless Pool! I have a health/strength problem with my body, and getting this pool was the PERFECT rehabilitation/relaxation choice. Also, I live in LA where it's hot all year long, so this pool doubles as a giant warm-bathwater hot tub at night!! The pool has a heating system just in case, but it's always about 90 degrees from the sun. :) With the quiet circulation pump that runs 24/7, I never have to worry about an algae swamp too. I didn't want to get a huge regular pool because 1) my yard is small, 2) regular pools can take up to a YEAR to build with permit/contractor hassles, and 3) this is kinda morbid, but I didn't want to trip and knock my head on the side of an in-ground concrete pool and drown in the deep end and die alone in my home. This pool took LESS than 2 months to build by my factory certified Endless Pool contractor, and it's only 4 feet deep so I won't drown. I chose the partially above ground option so I can use it as bench seating and a leaning/resting area, and it's so easy to maintain! Customer service always helps me when I call and throw them a barrage of questions about maintenance and chemicals and whatnot (because I am a newbie pool owner). The inside bottom part is soft on my feet. The vinyl on the inside looks and feels AMAZING, and the pool cover not only looks great and matches, but if for some reason if I accidentally fall on my pool while it is closed, it should support me. The way the swimming machine's current works, there is bench seating in the pool (the current flows under to create a stable whirlpool-free environment). Most importantly, this pool is already helping me strengthen and move my body in ways I haven't been able to in years! And when I'm not using it for mobility, it's a great entertaining pool. There are even pretty lights for nightime! Thank you Endless Pools!!! The only note I would make is as a new customer, make sure you do thorough, THOROUGH research about the pool and its parts before you buy one. There are sooo many options for the pool and it's hard for customer service to educate you on every single one of them if you don't ask questions. Take your time. I have nothing but excellent things to say about Endless Pools. My wife and I were looking for a COVID backyard lap swimming solution and after weeks of research we decided Endless Pools was the way to go. From my first call with Mark Lutz at Endless, our experience was just great. Mark helped us make the right decisions, spoke with our contractor and ultimately we landed up with a custom pool built to spec and a fastlane pro current unit built into the pool - all supported by Mark and Endless along the way. While COVID has disrupted everything, Mark and his team still managed to deliver everything on time and in excellent working order. And when UPS managed to damage one of the shipped units (despite excellent packing and prep by Endless), Endless had us a replacement part before I could even pack up the damaged item! Mark and Endless has continued to support us getting things installed and running perfectly long after the invoice was paid. This is truly a professional organization with a very personal touch. Do not buy this pool. Service is non existant, although they discuss great customer service. Anything breaks - you are basically on your own. I had one in my home when I moved in. Repairs were a nightmare. No local installers would work with the pool. I contacted Endless Pools customer service and they put me in touch with servicers - 3 different ones. That NEVER returned my call. I had a pool service come to try to replace the liner. They had never worked with Endless Pools, but agreed to give it a try. Low and behold when the removed the liner - the supposedly stainless steel sides had rust holes in them. Rust? In stainless steel? Since I am a biochemist by trade, I sent them to the lab to be analyzed. Low and behold, what they advertised to be stainless steel - was cheap galvanized steel, which does rust. I tried to get Endless Pools to connect me with someone that could replace the rusted panels. Again, they forwarded me to several different places, none of which would help. What did I do? I had the whole dam thing ripped out. I only put about another 15K into the pool for repairs to the filter, heater, bench seats (which also rusted, despite intense water analysis and care), etc. But I just gave up and had it ripped out and put in a large hot tub. I love my Endless Pool and have had many hours of enjoyment with it. Last year I did the scheduled maintenance on the hydraulics but this year the hydraulic reservoir rusted through. My installer ordered the part over a month ago and was told the part was in stock. I called early this week and found out that the order had not yet been processed. This to me means that they did nothing. I was promised that they would get back to me in 24 hours. Now 72 hours later, nothing has changed. This is ridiculous customer service. I will be moving a putting in another swim spa but if this is the way customer service is, it will be a different brand Update: the part finally shipped. No one updated me, I had to wade through the phone queue to finally find out, but it was sent to my installer. YEAH read more

There are two important things you should know if you are considering an Endless Pool. First, the warranty is very limited, considering I spent $40,000. Parts and defects only for just two years. I had an Endless Pool installed in July, and the pump failed in September. They are shipping a new pump by the slowest method but I will have to pay several hundred dollars in labor to have it repaired. After only three months. The other thing you should know is that your electric bill increases by 6x! Their helpful sales people don't mention that. I bought this pool for medical reasons. I need aqua therapy to walk. In the three months since it was installed, it has been out of commission for three weeks. Very disappointing. Very expensive. I should have just joined a gym. read more

Although they respond promptly, Customer Service has been uneven. The liner they sent for the pool had a faulty seam, which caused a flood in my finished basement. Despite having all the requirements - floor drain, containment area etc, 1000+ gallons of water leaking onto a floor can cause some damage. They offered to extend my warranty, which I appreciate but the cleanup cost for a 9 pm emergency call and added cost to break down a part of the pool, remove the liner and reinstall the liner etc ended up costing quite a bit. Although they took responsibility for sending a defective part, they would only pay about 30% of the extra costs that resulted from the error. Also, the low speed on the current seems useless (new Streamline pool) but when I sent a video of the current I was told it's normal. Only the high speed is useful for actual swimming. The low speed is not effective or useful. I hired an installer since the closest certified installer is nearly 2 hours away. My installer reports that the manual and the videos disagree at times, so at moments it was difficult to determine what was best to do. I love the pool but worry about how problems in the future will be handled. The salesperson was wonderful, the followup from Customer Service - not so much. read more

Don't be an endless fool. I am a pool and spa technician. I contacted EP in December regarding an issue with a hydraulic pump. I was asked by EP to email a video of the pump so they can help determine the issue from the noise it was making. So I went back out to my customers pool at no charge, recorded a video and emailed info@endlesspools.com, the address I was instructed. I didnt hear back from them so I called tech support. I was told my contact for tech support was on vacation and that he would call when he returned. Weeks go by. Nothing. Emailed and called again. More run around. So I left some comments similar to this one on EP's Facebook page. They were deleted. If you plan to purchase an Endless Pool. Don't expect ANY customer service from them.
