When in skepticical met Greg manager/ salesman a little heavy in the push department which scared me a bit almost walked away but came back months later, glad I did. Great well made spa everything Greg said it would be and more. In the post sale he was there to solve minor issue that really were my fault. Always called back actually cares. The sales process was unexpectedly pleasant, partly because we knew what we wanted and partly because of the pleasant salesperson, Dawn. The installation crew was extremely professional and the installation went flawlessly. I used the electrician they recommended, which I think helped. The 3-person Jetsetter LX therapeutic spa has lived up to our expectations. Why four stars, not five? Because there was some paperwork confusion when the paper contract got put into the computer. As a result, the wrong hot tub cover skin was delivered. It got resolved quite quickly and was replaced in a few weeks at no cost. We purchased it during the July 4th sale and were very pleased with the price of the tub, lifting mechanism (highly recommended), steps, start up chemicals, etc. All in all, a very good experience. Thank goodness for Austin at Spring Dance Hot tubs in Exton! We met Austin when we were looking for a new hot tub in June 2020. Austin was polite, caring, well-informed, and very communicative. Although we liked Austin and the tubs at Spring Dance, we ultimately decided to get another tub with Jacuzzi of Exton, around which we designed our deck. What a mistake! After ordering the Jacuzzi in July of 2020, the dealer strung us along for 9 months. Only after insisting to speak with the regional manager, we learned they stopped making that tub in January and for some reason just kept telling us it was delayed. Their solution was to deliver me a different tub in another 3 months: no thanks. In steps Austin to save the day! I canceled the Jacuzzi order and happily ordered a tub from Spring Dance! They have been amazing! I got a great tub at a competitive price that was quickly and professionally delivered and installed. Every step of the Spring Dance process has been great, from Austin in the showroom, to the financial and delivery coordinator, to the professional and caring delivery staff, and even the amazing electrician that they recommended. I'm giving 4 stars for the Exton store- they are great. Service gets 4-5 stars. They are also great. The hot tub itself gets a 3. Let me start by saying I had one HS tub, a Prodigy that lasted 30 years with NO service. Another Prodigy that lasted 20, including being moved in a van from CA to PA. I decided to trade it in for a Jetsetter/2 person as I wanted something smaller. I also decided, why not....let's go for the ACE/salt system. I know these are not cheap, but I also know how long they last and how little power they use to keep hot 24/7. Unfortunately my new tub has been a disaster. I've had at least 4 service calls in 2.5 years. I will preface this by saying that NONE of these problems are the fault of the Exton store or of service. I frankly think I've gotten a lemon. The chemistry was impossible to control, ruining the heater, the rubber around a light which resulted in leaking. I was having to dump hydrogen peroxide into it every week and still could not control the chlorine. Turned out the hot tub software thought it was a bigger tub than it was and was putting out way too much, regardless of the setting. Apparently rubber pieces of the hot tub do not like chlorine. The latest was a no power situation. Turned out it was a faulty power supply. WTH. It's 2.5 y ears old!! Fortunately my tub is still under warranty, and the service guys have been great. But as I said to him, I should not know you guys by your first names, ha ha! Again, I think I've just gotten a bad one. I don't really mind having to pay the "drive fee" for the service calls, but I'm very concerned about what happens when my warranty is up and I have to start paying for all of this. I'm disappointed because I love my hot tub and use it almost daily. I have "sold" so many of these to family and friends... and to people standing in the store thinking they are too expensive. read more

My serious hot tub experience started when I spent a cold evening in a nice warm hot tub of a friend. I came home and told my husband I wanted one! He said, "I don't think so, not right now". My 60th birthday was coming up in a few months and I told my husband that was what I REALLY REALLY wanted for my birthday. Long story short, one month after my birthday, my new hot tub was delivered. I was ecstatic!!! I couldn't wait for the water to fill and stabilize. I have been in it almost every other night since. It's especially GREAT when the weather is cold. And at night, the lightning is beautiful. I only went to Spring Dance Showroom. I did not need to check out any competitors. I was not pressured to purchase on the spot. My salesman, Tom Gilman, was GREAT!!! He helped me decide which tub was the perfect fit for my needs. My husband and I decided in one day, came back, picked out the color and model. Done deal!!! Tom was soo very helpful, even stayed after the showroom should have closed, to explain and answer every question we came up with. I also decided on the salt system. Which I absolutely LOVE!!! It's so easy to maintain the chemical levels and no chlorine smell on your suit or body when you get out of the hot tub. Great experience. Great salesman. Great service. After searching for a new hot tub for a LONG time (multiple dealers, brands, and locations), I finally pulled the trigger on a new Caldera Salina. Originally I reached out to Greg W (the manager) via the web inquiring on pre-owned tubs. He was more than helpful, and even came out to our house to scope out the space and area. After further conversations and insight from Greg, I decided that it made more sense to purchase a new tub instead of a preowned one, and ultimately settled on the Salina. The team reached out quickly to schedule the delivery, and upon arrival, I was totally impressed by the delivery guys! They were very professional and helpful, and walked us through everything! Our tub had small damage on the shell from shipping, and the team was quick to point it out and let me know the replacement panel would come soon to be repaired. Overall I found everyone to be very professional, knowledgeable, and honest to deal with. Highly recommend Spring Dance over other local options. read more

My wife and I are thinking about getting a hot tub. We don't know much about them so this is the 2nd store near us that we visited. Normal business hours during the week end at 5 but we happened to catch a "customer appreciation" night with tent sale in the front parking lot. After more than 15 minutes of standing around and being ignored by one sales guy, we stalked another friendlier sales guy for attention. Well the friendlier sales guy shoved us off to the first guy, who proceeded to just point at tubs that were too large and out of our price range, saying things like "you can take a grand off that". Either he assumed we already knew about hot tubs, or he didn't want to be bothered. He showed us a couple different sizes in the same model line, never explaining any of the features. When we asked him about lesser expensive models, he just rattled off why they would add up to cost the same as the more expensive ones. We won't be back, but I'm giving an additional star because everyone else seemed friendly and it's a nice store. Prices seemed a bit high to me, but I've only been to one other store so far. **Update** FWIW Spring Dance contacted me via Yelp immediately after I wrote the above review, apologizing for our experience, explaining how busy they were because of customer appreciation, and offering to make things right. Unfortunately we've already decided on another company/tub, or we might have let Spring Dance try to redeem themselves. Two stars seems to be an accurate score because we have experienced better, but we may have just caught them on an off night. read more

Crooks - Oh yes, they will sell you a beautiful brand new hot tub. It will work perfectly too after you have your own electrician hook it up. It will also work great until something goes wrong after the warranty period. But, then you will have their service department come out and they will damage your hot tub and tell you it was your electrician's fault. Any person with an ounce of common sense would know not to use a screwdriver near something electrical in the rain with the POWER ON. Nope. Not their service guy. He fried the circuit board in my hot tub while using a screwdriver in the pouring rain with the power TURNED ON, after he specifically had me turn the power on at my circuit breaker and they WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT!!!!! I had a problem where my jets were not running. After his visit my entire hot tub IS DEAD. Honestly, please GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Their sales people are very nice but if you have a problem down the road their service department will hose you. This is probably a 500-800 fix that I am now going to have to foot the bill to fix because they don't take responsibility for anything. read more

Purchased my second hot tub from them 4 years ago. Issues from the start. Salesman told me the new tub was the same as my original tub. Was specific about it being a 220 line and how the cover needed to open. New tub arrived not 220. 110. So I had to call an electrician. In addition because it's 110 it doesn't heat while the jets are running. The cover opened to the back of the tub not the side. Now some would say that's super fussy. However my tub is located inside my house in a climate controlled environment. Remember this. The sound system needs went off line at 6 months. At 3 yrs the circulator pump went. Now at less than 4 years old it started leaking. Fortunately I caught it before the water damaged the new carpet. Repair guy came 3 weeks later. Had to fill the tub for him. Of course it didn't leak. Then I had to empty the tub so he could check the jets. Remember this tub is inside. So I have to pump it out. Tells me he found some small cracks on two of the jets. He can't repair them so service will call me to schedule another visit. That was Friday. It's Wednesday now, and no one has called. I asked him why did this happen? Well could be high chlorine etc. I replied I always use the test strips and stay within the safe ranges. Check the tub at least once a week and really only use the tub once or twice a week. He then says ya know the test strips have an experation date. ... no really!? I have owned a tub since 2005. It's now 2018. Of course I know the test strips have an experation date!!! BTW my current batch expires in 2019. I owned my fist tub for 9 years, had inside the entire time and never had any repairs or issues. Kinda think I know what I'm doing. So I ask him is it possible I have a lemon here? Of course no response. And no one has called. This company has lost my loyalty. Know any one who want to buy a hot tub? read more

Spring Dance is a great place to research and buy a hot tub. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and professional - and do not make you feel pushed or pressured at all. The manager, Greg, even came to our home to look at the few spots we were considering placing the hot tub. The tub arrived with a very small damaged area and they took care of it quickly - and even came back to our house to replace the part. Great, great customer service! We have a Tiger River hot tub that has had a slight leak for the last year. The company we bought it from is no longer in business. I talked to another local hot tub company and they said it would be very difficult and expensive to find a slow leak. I contacted Spring Dance Hot Tubs and gave them the information on the hot tub. Goerge came doen form Exton, Pa to Wilmington, De. and figured out the problem in less than half an hour. He reseated a jet valve and cleaned a clogged air vent.
