They installed it, but didn't bother to tell me that they hadn't finished anchoring it because they needed to install some new anchors. I let my dogs out thinking it was secure since they had left without communicating otherwise. My foster puppy ran right across the area that wasn't anchored and easily could have fallen in, gotten trapped, and drown. Thankfully, she jumped off of it right as that anchored corner gave I also had them install a new filter, and they failed to tell me that they hadn't reconnected a pipe after installing it. This resulted in water spraying everywhere in my garage after turning my filter on the first time. Generally speaking when I contacted Matt, he was responsive, but his team repeatedly failed to communicate important information.
