They installed it, but didn't bother to tell me that they hadn't finished anchoring it because they needed to install some new anchors. I let my dogs out thinking it was secure since they had left without communicating otherwise. My foster puppy ran right across the area that wasn't anchored and easily could have fallen in, gotten trapped, and drown. Thankfully, she jumped off of it right as that anchored corner gave I also had them install a new filter, and they failed to tell me that they hadn't reconnected a pipe after installing it. This resulted in water spraying everywhere in my garage after turning my filter on the first time. What made the experience frustrating was that the website promotes financing, but the final offer did not match what was originally presented. It also felt like pricing was being adjusted above manufacturer retail while still being marketed as a "sale." As a customer, transparency and consistency matter. If a product is advertised at a certain price with included features, those terms should remain clear regardless of payment method. The experience reminded me of seeing a car at one price and then being quoted something different when you're ready to buy. Disappointing experience overall.
