Most contractors wouldn't touch it. These guys fixed it in no time and did it with a smile. They are constantly checking on the status of the pool. Apparently his time is valuable but his customers aren't valuable. He ha yet to refund the money and I have received no response about it. I'm sure I'll get a response from the review blaming me for canceling but like I said he was a no show no text no phone call he couldn't make it i did not cancel on him. I even said ok let's try again and come tomorrow and vacuum. He couldn't give me a quote just said an extra 50 wth does that mean. Reading other reviews I should not have gotten involved with him. We talked about error codes that I was seeing, sent him pictures he requested, and I ordered a part that he recommended I replace. He ultimately said that I needed to probably replace the whole unit, which I 100% agree with based on the life of the pool heater. Great customer service, great and fast communication, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable - and it didn't cost me anything. When I opened the pool - the water level Was extremely low and it was obvious the liner was leaking. Lou doesn't answer or return calls.
