I invited this company out to look at my pool to see what needed to be done to it as it s 16 years old. I worked with a lovely woman named Anna to set the appointment for them to evaluate the pool. She had a great attitude and willingly played phone tag with me until we could speak and set up the inspection appointment which happened the next day. Anna even called me on the day of the appointment to give me Gerorge's most up to date time of arrival which was very accurate. George inspected my pool and told me that my plaster was a 7 of 10 and that I did not need to replace it - keep in mind that I called them to request a replacement of the plaster! George was very pleasant and I found him to be earnest &r helpful and he seems to enjoy his job and is very honest. He could have easily :"sold" me on re-doing the plaster in the pool but instead upon inspection of the pool he went to his truck and got a special sponge and taped it to a pole and showed me that I could eliminate the stains that made me think I had to replace the gunite. He also tooko the time to offer me further advice as to what I could do to repair my pool issues on my own so as to not have to make an un-needed investment in his services. WHO DOES THAT TODAY?!?! i'm writing this review and telling everyone I know that has a pool that they should have this company come out to evaluate their pool in the event that they think that they need work done because I found this company to be VERY HONEST & TRUSTWORTHY. There are holes and bumps and divots in the concrete of the floor of our pool, and three of the sections of concrete surrounding our pool are bowed and not plumb to the others. Even after the pool was installed Trinity stopped by to check on my filter and make sure it was running properly. I highly recommend Trinity Pools. David and Brian were extraordinary to work with. Cascade deserves no stars. I used this company for 4-5 years without issue and paid them thousands…read moreof dollars to open/close my pool, replace my pump, replace my salt cell and other repairs. This year there were a few issues I was dealing with from the start of the season. The new salt cell was not working and they had been promising me to repair it/ replace it. They stopped returning my calls and responding to my texts. It finally got resolved after about a month of follow up. Due to this I decided not to use them for my pool closing. The owner agreed to refund my prepaid closing cost in full. It has been 3 weeks and he has not sent me the check he promised, nor responded to my emails or returned my VMs. Apparently, when you are purchasing services or parts, Cascade is fine. When a problem arises, you can expect the poorest customer service imaginable. This has been very disappointing and I'm still hoping the owner will do the right thing and give me my refund.
