The pool did not look like it had been skimmed to remove debris that flew in overnight. There was no staff present with the exception of the young kid at the door who barely greeted us and only told us no outside alcohol was permitted. He looked as if he didn't even want to be there. We found our spot but were immediately greeted by large bees that burrow into the ground. They were EVERYWHERE! There is sand in n part of the area so that is where the bees mostly were. There are only about 10 lounge chairs and the rest are the Adirondack style chairs around the pool. We found a hotel employee who was kind enough to spray bug spray around our chairs to help keep the bees away. The regulars kept telling us that they were harmless, but I don't want to dodge large bees when I'm trying to relax. The pool was FREEZING cold so I never got it with the except of putting my feet in. There is a food truck on site that we were told would open at 12...it never opened! When we decided we wanted food we had to put coverups on and walk all the way through the hotel and up and down stairs and take elevators to get to the food court. There were only 2 options available (The American Grill or the Cafe for breakfast type food). The food from the grill was very mid. The chicken fingers were frozen Tyson brand and the fries were undercooked and soggy. There were some children but by the time a birthday party of 12 little boys arrived it was time to go. They were jumping off the side of the pool, throwing toys in the pool that almost hit one man sitting in a chair holding his daughter, they were loud and spraying water guns. I give this place a 6/10. Had there been no bees and the food truck was open the rating would be higher!

Through that effort, I selected Prell for a key component of the project - running / reconfiguring water lines, equipment move, new equipment, skimmer replacement, and rewiring electrical components (probably missing some things). Funny enough, I had a feeling that I was going to select Prell shortly after they came out to quote the work - they simply left a great impression by being consultative, personable, and asking a fair price for the work. I had other reputable service providers quote but they just didn't stack up to Prell. Fast forward to today, their work is finished and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Everything has been completed to my specifications - all the effort in sourcing the right company paid off!
