Most contractors wouldn't touch it. These guys fixed it in no time and did it with a smile. They are constantly checking on the status of the pool. I had a problem with the pump and they were easy to get in touch with and fixed it in no time. They are easy to communicate with and are quick with responses. They truly go above and beyond. We talked about error codes that I was seeing, sent him pictures he requested, and I ordered a part that he recommended I replace. He ultimately said that I needed to probably replace the whole unit, which I 100% agree with based on the life of the pool heater. Great customer service, great and fast communication, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable - and it didn't cost me anything.
