They refused to fix it and blamed it on our yard. they came out 3 times once denting the wall then told us to just throw rocks around it. We now have to pay a new contractor to take the take it down and rebuild it correctly. Very confrontational when you question them. But nice when they take your hard earned money. Within a few hours of me contacting him, he returned my call and was very willing to help. He completed the job within a few weeks, was there when he said he would b and he and his staff were extremely helpful and courteous thruout the entire project. Mike was contracted to replace the multiport valve on the sand filter, he gave an an estimate and…read moretold me to pick the part up, when he scheduled to come out on a Friday he no showed and no called, on Monday he said he would come on Tuesday no explanation or apology for not showing up as scheduled. He replaced the multiport got his money and left never telling me that the part was defective and didn't backwash or rinse? So I called and emailed and said you have to make this right, then I'm told it's defective and I need to return it. I call the company that made the part and they called Mike and told them to replace it. They scheduled to come out that following Friday and I confirmed that they would be there on Thursday. Again he failed to call or show up as scheduled, I hired another company to come out and look at the multiport and that's when it was found that the port wasn't defective it was installed improperly the return was were the intake should have been, needless to say I would not recommend them.

This company with the generic sounding name is anything but generic. They're smart, honest, they remember you when you come in. They offer ways to save money but never compromise on the right advice. We just bought a home with a 20 year old pool in Fair Condition, but not better. We're experiencing all kinds of issues and they've been patient and thoughtful in their education and advice on each issue we've had. They're not just out to sell us thousands of dollars of stuff. It can be really daunting to take over a pool from someone else. You can only guess how carefully or neglecting they were, even if you get a top notch pool inspection beforehand. I can't express enough how great Discount Pools has been. Ask for Tommy, but also the others working there are excellent too. We appreciate ya'll.

After owning a pool for 13 years, I finally found the old school, conscientious company that does…read morethings right. Jacob & Kevin opened my pool perfectly and replaced my pump motor. About two months later, disaster struck 5 days before my son's graduation party - we were expecting 120+ people on a 97 degree Sunday! My filter finally wore out and DE was in my pool causing a cloudy mess. Julie in the office is always great to work with and Brian was terrific! He sourced a new filter and on the same day was at my house installing it at almost 9pm to be sure I was in good shape for the party. In 24 hours the pool was crystal clear and the party was a success with no embarrassing pool water! Very happy with the service, prices and work ethic and I highly recommend Riverton Pools!

Very unhappy with this company. We contracted for a pool in 2020. It's 2024 and our pool still…read morehasn't passed inspection. The inspector states it's not up to code with electrical and plumbing. When we called they first said that they did the electrical not up to code "because the township usually doesn't bother checking that." Now the plumbing is still not up to code and we haven't heard back. Hot tub still doesn't work right. And half the time when we turn the pool heater on it trips the circuit breakers. Every time we had an issue Brian would try to pretend it was us. While the pool was being installed they set the valves wrong and it emptied our hot tub by mistake. We called to notify Brian and he kept saying "well, don't mess with the valves!" But, we hadn't. They had messed it up themselves. I have given up having a proper running hot tub. But I would like to have a pool that can pass inspection!
