Our situation was worse then expected and Pool Bros lived up to their reputation walking us through each problem we had. The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers. Chris was cool calm and collected through the whole pool opening experience, assuring us it was going to be ok and he did, in fact, open the pool despite the multiple obstacles that he encountered. Unfortunately their prices are much more than average with other companies for all basic services- pool openings, weekly/monthly maintenance, closing, etc. We are first time home owners and we initially spoke to 3 different people and got 3 different reasons why our pool was green.When opening the pool the crew didn't bother telling us what chemicals we needed despite explaining that we were brand new at this and needed assistance- also willing to pay for it. Finally (and about $250 in emergency chemicals later) we got it set back to normal and signed up for the weekly maintenance which was to be $65 a week. Lo and behold they start charging us $180+ per visit for "chemicals" that weren't even done. There is a small missing aqua genie part that the crew would say they'd fix every week and yet the following week another guy would come and of course without the part stating it was never on his work order. By the 4th week I cancelled and went elsewhere. Their customer service is lackluster and their crew to office staff conversation is terrible. We benefited from learning about the pool and going to a smaller company that offers personalized service.

Ever since I started doing regular water testing with them and using their regiment of maintenance chemicals, my pool doesn't get cloudy or green anymore.
