They missed a few appointments, and it felt like I never knew when they were going to show up. They recommended a lot more chemicals than we had been using the last few years, but given how we always seem to have at least 1 algae bloom a year, maybe that was a good thing. I trusted them and paid for extra chems. When anything broke, these guys offered to fix it, but the prices seemed high. I was happy with the job they did on the fixes. But, they left equipment at my property and left a gate open that my dog could have escaped through. Didn't love that. Also, as soon as I hired them, they charged almost $1000 to my credit card for nothing. I called them to get them to take care of it, but it all went on the card and had to be disputed. To their credit, they didn't argue to keep the charges, but it was annoying I had to be the one to deal with it all. My break point was with the closing. We have a waterfall and the cover was not sitting tight to the wall, letting in plant matter. I pointed it out and they said they could get a wire and fix it, but it would cost about $200. I agreed, and they ended up charging me $300, for a wire they left long and looking like a mess. It also brought the price of the close to nearly $800, which was double what I paid last year. I'm looking for someone else next year.
