Follow up inspection they told me I needed a new pump. they replaced the pump and I still had a very slow leak which I just decided to live with. This year I had another leak and a FLO reading error on the topside display (squirrel living in hot tub chewed through a line.) They fixed the line and some other electrical stuff charged me $300 and left. Next day tub was down 6-inches and flow reading was back. They came back out fixed a second leak and charged me $50. The next day the FLO error was back, they told me I need to replace the pump they put in 13-months ago. I am moving on to a new hot tub tech.

When they arrive, I tell them that My son will be right out he was waiting for your Rep., but the pool area is accessible to them I said you can go right to the pool yourself until he comes up . My son then calls me & says that no one is there & when I call them to see where their rep. is, Pool World Lady tells me, how do I have the Nerve not to be there & let my 25 YO son be there instead. Not the cheapest but as a long time customer definitely the best value. They are honest, they don't try to sell you anything you don't need and they steered us towards the best products available (yes, nothing lasts like it did 20 years ago). They are a family business, Sean, Bob's cousin, is very knowledgeable about swimming pools and usually did our openings and closings. If you're looking for a smaller old school family run business look no farther than Bob's Pool Service. I wish they'd relocate down here so we could use them again!

Terrible experience dealing with Valerie. Wasted almost a month waiting for kitchen designs and…read morere-measurements to be done. She was "overwhelmed" by basic customer questions. If a design person cannot answer customer questions and gets overwhelmed then there's a real problem. After 4 weeks of working on a design that was for a pretty simple revamp, Valerie could still not get our floor plans right. The builder wrote to me to say that the measurements were still not correct. Save yourself time and energy and don't go here for your kitchen design. Seems all this person has time to do is go for "trainings" that don't appear to translate into work output. Poor communication about timelines and every inquiry was met with a defensive list of reasons about why she couldn't get to our project in a timely manner. Undoubtably the worst customer experience I've ever had.

MIKE COLBY PLUMBING AND MECHANICAL INC…read more I've used my Colby before for a plumbing issue and he seem to do a fair job. He told me he was also a HVAC engineer. This time around my air conditioning is down. He arrived with an assistant and began to analyze the problem First he said that the unit needed Freon then proceeded to say. "Don't waste your money on that, you need to replace everything a cost of approximately $11 to $12,000" He was here for 50 minutes all in and handed me a bill for $225. Flabergasted and suspicious, I got a second opinion I had Joe Hurley and associates come in with two men. They spent the same amount of time 50 minutes handed me a bill for $85. I understand a skilled worker earning $100 an hour (wish I did) in this economy, however, charging for an assistant and billing them the same I felt wasn't fair. My insurance company asked for a written estimate. He refused to do it and said ask the other company. Needless to say, I am done with Colby. 1 star out of 5. He showed up on time to take the money:)
