I heard about Michael and his crew from a friend and was hesitant to take the plunge to have someone manage the whole thing but am I glad I did! Michael and his guys are knowledgeable, transparent, attentive and most of all: professional! They fielded all my questions in a respectful and friendly manner, broke down what every part of the service they'd be providing and have been on top of it since I've started working with them. Most contractors wouldn't touch it. These guys fixed it in no time and did it with a smile. They are constantly checking on the status of the pool. I suggested to do a search on Yelp and he landed on Deluxe Pool Services. I held my breath... and they came through. The services he gets include opening/closing and weekly cleanings. Dad is especially impressed because whenever there are issues with his pool, their customer service is so top tier, they are on it immediately to resolve the problem. Their location is in CT but you can see from the reviews that they work with pools all over LI (and apparently as far as Albany, according to my father). Their maintenance people are fast, friendly and thorough (I've been at the house a couple times when they serviced the pool). Reasonably priced, too. Important to note that my father is someone who doesn't tolerate inconsistent timeliness (this probably goes for 9/10 dads, no?) and they are always on time or they call. You really can't ask for anything more when it comes to pool services.
