Add-on was helping with taking water there and recommending chemicals in between. Kevin was here Tuesday and cleaned and checked chemicals (??!??) I told him I needed salt. I had seen the salt chlorinator had a red light and said 'check salt' still after he left I took the water to add-on. They told me I need 240 lb's of salt, chlorine, phos-free and many other chemicals. I immediately texted Kevin the results because he was 'on his way'. He then told me he couldn't service my pool because I 'under minded him' !!! And never came back!! Well, thanks Kevin (waaah-waaah) I thought I was helping and was having a family BBQ on Saturday! First they installed a salt system and then at the end of the season they closed the pool with all new parts - cover, water bags, etc. Fast forward a couple weeks later and 2 of the water bags were empty and 1 other had slipped into the pool. Now that it's time to open the pool they want to charge me over $100/hr in addition to the regular opening fee to get the water and leaves out of the pool (that are there because the cover sank.)
