They told me I need 240 lb's of salt, chlorine, phos-free and many other chemicals. I immediately texted Kevin the results because he was 'on his way'. First they installed a salt system and then at the end of the season they closed the pool with all new parts - cover, water bags, etc. Fast forward a couple weeks later and 2 of the water bags were empty and 1 other had slipped into the pool. Now that it's time to open the pool they want to charge me over $100/hr in addition to the regular opening fee to get the water and leaves out of the pool (that are there because the cover sank.) My question to them was - do you think it's fair for me to pay you extra because you did a shoddy job closing the pool? Justin's response - Yes.
