We called Pool World and they were extremely professional and promptly came out for an estimate. The price was reasonable and I felt like I could trust them. They did not try to upsell us on things we didn't need and were committed to helping us get our pool up and running. I like that they are a small local business and you feel welcomed when you stop by their location. Within two weeks, the liner arrived and they scheduled the install. As it turns out, our pool had an unexpected issue that was not Pool World's fault and they went above and beyond to help us fix it. We hired SOS and this is who Dave hires to do the work so its his responsibility but won't do anything , these guys play games and don't want to correct a horrific situation. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!!!!
