The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers. He wasn't kidding when he said we had to start permitting process in summer 2025 to open in time for Memorial Day weekend 2026 either - getting construction permit processed was the biggest wait. Now we opened just in time for summer - and she's a beauty! Pool Boss team coordinated the whole project from start to finish - the designer Michael helped us get the plans and measurements exactly right, even taking into consideration our future addition plans for the property. Tina filed and coordinated a million permit forms for us. Matt & Dan were very patient helping us figure out the on-sight restrictions. The construction itself was very quick and fun to watch (the digging was done with surgical precision!). Special thank you to Joanna for very clear communication throughout! The scheduling and ongoing notifications to keep us apprised of the progress were very helpful! We went with PB's recommended contractors - JBJ for electric (super professional - and again, helped us run everything with future construction projects in mind), and United Stamped Concrete for landscaping (Felipe's team did a phenomenal job with out stamped concrete patio and grading, great attention to detail). The orientation with Eduardo was super clear - we've never operated a pool and he patiently explained every single detail about the equipment and maintenance. The equipment can be controlled from an app too - very convenient and we are looking forward to Tyler making it even smarter. :) Thank you so much! Exceptional and professional service at all times. John and Rob are the owners and truly care about their customers. We use A&E as a weekly service for our chemicals and find this to be a Hassle free summer. Not many pool owners realize the importance of correctly making sure pool water is properly balanced. If your pool water doesn't have the right chemicals you can get sick, wear down your pool heater and liner. I find having professionals care for your pool saves money in the long run. When I swim in my pool I know the water is perfect. They also offer emergency service and fantastic response to general repairs. The end of this season they are installing a new liner for us. Would definitely recommend.

I have attached a screenshot of Owen Sakovics' email requesting I prove to him I can remove a review from Yelp. This was his request, along with a signed release barring me from any future claims against Anthony & Sylvan. From what I understand this goes against Yelp's policy as well. Update: Owen from Anthony & Sylvan has been in contact with me again to sign a release stating I will remove a 1 star Yelp review. I refused since we have had a leak in our hot tub for YEARS now (since the building of it) which Anthony & Sylvan refused to address under warranty. We were left with over $13,000 worth of damages plus they wanted me to sign a release barring me from any future claims in the amount of $1,999. This company is pathetic the way they do business. DO NOT USE THEM!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I had did nothing in four years, so I asked around and The Pool D.... Was recommended. I called them . The Pool d...recommended Atlantic Pool Leak Detection. I called them in January of 2022. Randy the owner said open the pool in March and heat the water, he starts in April. Called the Pee Doctor, who came, opens the pool and said I need a new liner. After several weeks the liner was ordered and installed. Upon attempting to fill the pool it would only go to the light housing. Called the Pee doctor who said call the diver. Randy squeezed me into his schedule (it's the busy season for pools). He found and repaired the leak (going into 50degree water to do it. I highly recommend Atlantic Pool Leak Detection. The only thing I can say is the only good thing the Pee Doctor did was recommend Atlantic Pool Leak Detection
