They suck - Bad installation, Defective product, Wouldn't accept return…read more Purchased pump from Leslies and had them install it prior to 4th July weekend. Prior pump was working but was loud, so had I any idea they would install a defective pump and then refuse to come back and fix it I never would have scheduled their service. However once they installed it they said to wait 24 hours before use. I asked them if they tested it to verify it worked, they said they didn't but they were sure it was OK. The next day July 3rd, I turned it on it had very low pressure then it overheated and shut down. I called but they said they were 'booked' and couldnt come back until sometime the next week. Of course couldn't use the pool the entire 4th weekend and it will take days after they finally come to clean all the algae in the water. I could not speak worse of this experience or this company

I was told they would look at pool, pump, and filter to decide if we needed to do a pressure test. We were told after the technician came out that we needed new pipes. The pipes were charged at almost $4,000 and the pool was still leaking water. After a little back and forth. I was told they never looked at the filter and they only preformed the pressure test. Had I known the filter was not going to be looked I would have called another pool company. The fix for the pool was a 13.00 cap, that was lost as they changed the pipes. A whole season of not using the pool and 4,000 down the drain (literally).

I hired another local pool company to do my opening and man, are they awful! Sure, it was "only" just under $400 all in, but their work, lack of completion, lack of thorough service and the messy condition they left my yard in was disgusting. Sparkling has set a standard that I don't think the other companies can match. With them I didn't have to worry about the quality of care.. just wanted to weigh in.
