This company is very difficult to get a hold of. They do not return calls. Once you do get a hold of them, you will have to call them back for a response to your issues. I was referred to this company last year 2024 for a liner install. After the installation I discovered lumps in the bottom of my pool. There was also something sharp sticking out from the bottom of the pool. When they installed the liner they did not apply sand. My pool is over 15 years old. They dug around my pool, made a mess of the dirt and the rocks around my pool and said I had to put it all back and clean it up. I called the company with my complaints about the lumps and the object sticking up from the liner. After some time someone came out to inspect. They took care of the object in the pool. I asked about the lumps in the pool and was told it was the straps, and they would let the office know. I called the office and was told what would have to be done and advised to wait till before closing the pool. I was told it would take at least two days to drain my pool. I explained to Maria that I didn't have what was needed to drain my pool and she said that someone would drop off a stronger pump to drain my pool. NEVER HAPPENED! I called several times after, left messages, and NOTHING! I closed my pool! Opened it this year 2025 and still no results. My pool was still not retaining water. I called and someone finally once again came out and claimed I didn't have the sand filter cap on tight. Pool still was draining water after that. I called the pool company that referred me and was told I had to deal with NJJ. Later the company that referred me to NJJ Pools, after continuing to complain, told me that I need to detect if there was any leaks. And referred me to another company. At that point I didn't feel like I should have spent anymore money. I had no issues with leaks or lumps in my pool before NJJ Pools worked on my pool. I called the owner of the company who referred me to NJJ Pools and explained the entire situation and he did his due diligence to help me. The results were there were no holes in the liner. The discovery was that the water was draining from the skimmer and return. I went to another company to have a new one installed and was told nothing was wrong with the old skimmer and return valve. There were no cracks or holes in the old skimmer or return valve. There was no evidence of water drainage outside of my pool. So the water had to be draining between the wall and liner. I called NJJ and was told the owner stated that my skimmer and return valve issues had nothing to do with the liner and no one was coming out to fix it. Which is not true they had to reattach the skimmer and return valve to the liner after they installed it. I then asked about the lumps in the bottom of my pool and was told, again no one was coming to fix it. I would not recommend this company to anyone, under any circumstances. read more

Booked appointment on Wednesday, had team out Thursday. Unfortunately weather did not agree, but they came next day Friday at 1:30 and by 5:30 had 1 foot of water in my newly lined pool. From time of arrival. Took out standing water (about 6") removed leaves form winter cover, removed winter cover, took off old pool liner (30 x 15) put up wall insulation, installed new skimmer and return, combed sand and remove ruts and rough spots, laid a newly purchased base liner, installed new pool liner and filled 1' of water. Ask for Oswaldo. He was great !!! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and took his time. Use this place if you need their services. Outstanding!!!! read more

They rolled the new liner out on my sod which cooked the grass in the hot sun. Then they left a ton of wrinkles in the liner on both sides of the pool. Not to happy with them. read more

Liner to the pool fell off the next day. Guys left all their empty food bags and bottles. Hidden charges not discussed. Did not come out prior to assess the ground. Said it was soft and then charged me for a dumpster that had nothing in it. Poor communication. read more

We waited a long time for our liner to arrive due to COVID-19 back orders. As soon as it arrived we contacted Nick to schedule instillation. He was able to arrange to come in three days. He arrived on time. Instillation of a 21 ft above ground pool liner took him 3 hours. He gave us guidance on how much longer our pool would last and pricing to expect for a replacement when needed. Wow where do I begin. I purchased my pool in April, and didn't get it installed until mid June. I am not gonna lie I was loosing hope in installing the pool. I wanted to go with a company that has really good reviews (they have better reviews on google) and I am glad I did. Although I had to reschedule about 4 times due to my backyard not drying quick enough and then the rain out days but the day finally came. Maria was a big help and trying to keep rescheduling and working with me. Nick came and dig out to level out the ground, and did a clean job. Greg came with his helper and did an amazing job putting up the pool. Thank you everyone, and if I need a repair on the pool I will defiantly call you guys. I was referred to nick. By a coworker who had many wonderful things to say. I had my above ground pool 21ft X 54inch round installed by nick and his crew. Nick (the owner) and his crew are very knowledgeable and very tedious workers. My backyard has a slight slope and he leveled it. He used his bobcat without ruining my grass. He cleaned up before leaving. He spent time with me explaining the entire pump/filter system (very important to know this info). I also must say he had the most reasonable price out of the 20+ contractors I called. If you are installing an above ground pool do yourself a favor call Nick and his crew. We had a lot of rain the past few weeks and I definitely waited for him specifically and it was 100% worth the wait. Thank you Nick!! I needed a new pool liner installed. When Nick installed the liner he noticed that the liner I purchased was not the proper fit for my oval pool. I had to special order my liner as my pool was not a standard size. I ordered the liner based on the bill of sale measurements that were 15 x 28 x 52. However, the 15 foot width was only in the middle of the pool and each end flared out to about 16 feet. Nick installed it and said that I should only put water in the pool when it is a sunny day above 70 degrees and the liner would stretch. Nick was certain all would be okay. Nick also came back to my house two days later as a piece of the pool wall was bending into the pool where the ground had settled over the years (he also noticed that the pool liner had already begun to stretch after only one day of sun and 70 degree temperature). Nick fixed that but also needed to take a piece of the top rail that cracked back to his shop to repair it. He will reinstall it once he has repaired it. Nick stands behind his work and will go out of his way to assist his customers any way that he can. Nick is very knowledge about pools and he took great care to explain everything to me and listened and answered every question I had.
