Building a pool is neither simple and fast nor inexpensive and uncomplicated. The better educated and realistic you are ahead of time, the less frustrating the process will be. Patience is a virtue that will reward you in this endeavor. There are inevitable delays and both major and minor setbacks along the way no matter whom you hire. That all said, Peter Lindia and his team (particularly Keith) from Levco Pools are very good at what they do and found solutions to all sort of complexities while installing a lap pool on our property, where they had to work in a rather confined area for very exacting clients. The success of the installation was primarily due to the fact that Peter and other staff members are knowledgeable, realistic, and thorough. Shawn Nisse warned us early on that their estimate would not be the lowest, which it wasn't. But pools are akin to any major construction project - you get what you pay for. Neighbors of ours just installed a pool and are now having to rip out all the landscaping that was done and redo their pool wiring and plumbing as they failed three inspections. That will not be the case should you choose Levco. And don't be dissuaded by the rather inane and cartoonish imagery on their trucks and elsewhere - this is a company that knows how to construct a well-built, well-designed, and sophisticated pool. And while you're at it, hire a good garden designer to landscape your new pool and integrate it into your existing yard, avoiding the local lawn maintenance crew and probably also the over-priced and unimaginative landscapers recommended by most pool companies, who will deliver a mind-numbingly ordinary plan that's just another version of their last forty paint-by-number designs. We had a new pool installed by Levco this year. Overall we were very happy with our product and experience and would recommend Levco to anyone looking to get a pool. Their prices were fair and they didn't try to upcharge you for every little thing (like some of the larger company's do). The general contractor Pete could be a bit unorthodox and was not always the best communicator but he knows pools and he knows hard work. He held his crew to a very high standard and the end product showed that. The crew was efficient and neat, never leaving large messes behind or hazards in the yard. It was clear that Pete took a lot of pride in his work, had a lot of knowledge about the construction as well as safety and local regulations related to the pool. The owner Shawn was always pleasant and helpful so together they made a good team. It was typically very easy to get in touch with someone in the office. As this was our first summer with a pool, we had a few questions and concerns that came up throughout the season. Levco was always available and typically sent someone out within a day or 2 to check things out whenever we asked. Many company's will finish your pool and then forget you but Levco continued to provide good customer service even when our project was complete. We were noticing a substantial loss in water. The team came right out to check and found a hole in our liner. They ordered the liner within 24 hours once we decided on a new one. I was notified right when it came in that the crew would be here on Friday (the very next day) to install it. The gave clear instructions on what to do and came back first thing on Monday to finish. new vinyl liner installation. measure for new liner, ordering and lead time all went without a hitch. install was fast all water was saved and reused, couldn't tell they had been here, all clean and tidy. over the next week we had a leak that was hard to find (backplate of light) they came out an additional 3 times, emptied pool and finally found and fixed leak, no additional charge. this was all done quickly and without fuss, VERY SATISFIED with Levco's service and response time, would DEFINITELY recommend this company read more

I want to say how wonderful Levco Pools were. I had a liner replacement and it was perfect. They arrived on the scheduled date, cleaned the area perfectly and picture perfect. Actually, I used them 4 years previously to pull up a liner that dropped. Most pool places wouldn't come out for a small job like that, they DID!!!
