Joe started maintaining my pool in 2025 and I decided this year to have him open the pool. I've always had the builders open the pool which consisted of removing the cover, dumping chemicals and starting the pool filter. Well here comes Joe The Pool Guy! In addition to the above services, Joe also vacuums, brushes and skims the pool!! This is the first time my pool has looked amazing on opening day! For any pool service, Joe should definitely be your pool guy!

I paid $3,098 for Pool Bros' Complete Maintenance package for the season, expecting exactly…read morethat--complete maintenance. I met with them during the opening and trusted their professional recommendations. Once I was no longer there supervising, however, it became one additional charge after another. They identified plumbing issues and recommended that I pay to have the plumbing redone. I followed their recommendation and paid the additional cost. Yet the leaks that were part of the reason for addressing the plumbing still weren't resolved, and I was then faced with attempts to charge me even more. I have no problem paying for legitimate repairs that are clearly outside a maintenance contract. My problem is paying $3,098 for complete seasonal maintenance, approving additional work they recommended, and still repeatedly being presented with more charges while the underlying issues remain. For anyone considering them, my advice is simple: get every detail in writing and question every additional charge before approving anything. They got me this season. Never again. Stay away.

Our situation was worse then expected and Pool Bros lived up to their reputation walking us through each problem we had. The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers. Chris was cool calm and collected through the whole pool opening experience, assuring us it was going to be ok and he did, in fact, open the pool despite the multiple obstacles that he encountered. We are very happy!

Not terrible, and the pool looked good all season- no major outbreaks. They forgot to empty both skimmers a few times, which is always frustrating. I will say, then the pump broke they identified the problems and replaced it 1-2-3. No issues after that. My big problem was opening was over $600, and closing was almost $500. They didn't tie the cover to the side like they should have, so I had no call and wait for them to come out again to fix that. I won't use them again this year- still looking.

From day one they were organized and thoroughly planned out, and they executed flawlessly. They overcommunicate in the best way: you have access to everyone's cell phones, they respond promptly, and if you have an issue, they are there instantly. The quality of the work is beyond top tier, and it's clear the entire company is 100% focused on client satisfaction. The only two issues we ran into were self-inflicted on our end. In both cases, Pool Boss was there the next day and fixed them. When I asked for the bill, the answer was, "There is no bill, we just want you to be happy." That tells you everything about how they operate. The team is outstanding: Matt, Dan, Lisa, Joanna, Tyler, Jadyn, William, and the owner, Chris. They define world-class service. If there were a rating above five stars, they would earn it. I wouldn't just say they're highly recommended; I'd say you would be making a huge mistake going with anyone else. Seems to me all they want to do is find problems with your pool and charge you to fix them. It's all about the money. After finding a problem with our pool heater, (which by the way was working perfectly last year when they came to close and winterize it) we asked to speak with one of the owners to discuss the problem, we were told he was too busy to talk with us and it would not change anything anyway.
