He wasn't kidding when he said we had to start permitting process in summer 2025 to open in time for Memorial Day weekend 2026 either - getting construction permit processed was the biggest wait. Now we opened just in time for summer - and she's a beauty! Pool Boss team coordinated the whole project from start to finish - the designer Michael helped us get the plans and measurements exactly right, even taking into consideration our future addition plans for the property. Tina filed and coordinated a million permit forms for us. Matt & Dan were very patient helping us figure out the on-sight restrictions. The construction itself was very quick and fun to watch (the digging was done with surgical precision!). Special thank you to Joanna for very clear communication throughout! The scheduling and ongoing notifications to keep us apprised of the progress were very helpful! We went with PB's recommended contractors - JBJ for electric (super professional - and again, helped us run everything with future construction projects in mind), and United Stamped Concrete for landscaping (Felipe's team did a phenomenal job with out stamped concrete patio and grading, great attention to detail). The orientation with Eduardo was super clear - we've never operated a pool and he patiently explained every single detail about the equipment and maintenance. The equipment can be controlled from an app too - very convenient and we are looking forward to Tyler making it even smarter. :) Thank you so much! Based on that painful experience I won't ever engage their services for even cleaning the pool. We have moved on and won't reconsider them any further. They burnt out our brand new pump, claim parts and pieces were broken for our new handle piece that we have no access to and did not tighten the pipes properly. Overly priced and inefficient. We actually spent more money opening the pool through them than we would have hiring them for the season to clean the pool and I had no choice but to hire another pool company to check their work because this was such an uncharted process and I didn't trust them after all was said and done. They had no problems with running my credit card and even charging a late fee for payment although we wanted to ensure their work was proper from the next company hired, a delay of two weeks payment which is crazy since they delayed our pool opening by at least a month with their mistakes. Stay far away.

I went today for a replacement and told by a very rude, unpleasant employee that they only have one in stock and I should be happy and buy it or else go to Home Depot. I said I wanted them to replace it. She said returns are only allowed within 30 days. I said ok if customer changes their mind but not on defect. She then said that is new policy of new management and I should be happy. She was then "kind" enough to give me a 50% discount. I bought it. I guess this is why I never see same employee twice. I appreciated that they called me back and actually came to measure my pool vs asking me to do it myself and send pictures. They also closed our pool and overall happy with the professionalism of their crew.

Four years ago they mounted new appliances for my pool. In the next year they broke a pump. I paid for repair. In this year the same problem, they sent "specialists" who started pump on dry surface, resulting in the system was blocked and working dry within several hours. Now pump is losing pressure and doesn't clean the water. Never again!
