From the start he set expectations and explained the whole process so I knew what I was getting. His price was competitive and everything was done well. I missed a maintenance item that I should have had done before he got there (totally my bad), but he certainly didn't make me feel bad about it or try and upcharge me when he worked with it. The whole process was quick and painless and none of my plants or grass were hurt . On top of everything else, he was a very nice guy and gave great tips about maintenance when he was here.
