They didn't tie the cover to the side like they should have, so I had no call and wait for them to come out again to fix that. I won't use them again this year- still looking.

Not the cheapest but as a long time customer definitely the best value. They are honest, they don't try to sell you anything you don't need and they steered us towards the best products available (yes, nothing lasts like it did 20 years ago). They are a family business, Sean, Bob's cousin, is very knowledgeable about swimming pools and usually did our openings and closings.
