As a business owner I'll tell you this is the guy you want as the face of your business. Very professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy, or like a few other lighting companies I first visited, irritated when asked pertinent questions. I was so impressed with this guys demeanor that I was shocked people like this still exist in our lazy and careless society. The entire experience was flawless. If I'm the owner of Lighting Expo, I make sure this guy is taken care of for life. You can't put a price on the value of a dedicated salesman like Jonathan. I've already referred many friends to Lighting Expo who are also doing home renovations. I wish I could leave 10 stars.

The glass pineapple globe was broke and wouldn't you know, it was the last one to put up. I spoke with Max, the manager, and explained the issue, knowing full well it had been months since I purchased these but it's a new home for us and too many other projects needed to be done on the house before putting these up. Max asked me to send him a photo, which I did, and said he would call the manufacturer and get back to me. To my sheer delight, I received an email from Max stating the new glass is being sent today. Wow! What fantastic customer service. It isn't often this kind of service is extended to the customer after so many months and I GREATLY appreciate it! I am looking forward to receiving it next week and finally being able to put a "done" sticker on this project. Thank you, Max!!!!! - Dawn Santucci, St James, NC

Wish you could give zero stars because they don't even deserve a one!…read moreVery rude people. They put the responsibility on you to check each and every part of the box; they expect you take everything out from the packaging and inspect. And if you don't, well you're just unlucky if you find anything missing or damaged as you start to install the light at home. This is what happened to me -- 2 of the 6 glass enclosures were damaged (which you can't see unless you open each individual styrofoam box, remove the enclosure from the box, remove the plastic and inspect like you're buying a diamond). So, when i found 2 of these broken and called to discuss a replacement with the shop, these people wouldn't just listen! And how do you feel when after 5 minutes on the phone they tell you that "I don't have time for this..". Thankfully, the manufacturer's staff was kind enough to order a free replacement, and were shocked to hear that they have retailers like these selling and representing their brand. So, yeah, never buying again from these guys.
