Wish you could give zero stars because they don't even deserve a one! Very rude people. They put the responsibility on you to check each and every part of the box; they expect you take everything out from the packaging and inspect. And if you don't, well you're just unlucky if you find anything missing or damaged as you start to install the light at home. This is what happened to me -- 2 of the 6 glass enclosures were damaged (which you can't see unless you open each individual styrofoam box, remove the enclosure from the box, remove the plastic and inspect like you're buying a diamond). So, when i found 2 of these broken and called to discuss a replacement with the shop, these people wouldn't just listen! And how do you feel when after 5 minutes on the phone they tell you that "I don't have time for this..". Thankfully, the manufacturer's staff was kind enough to order a free replacement, and were shocked to hear that they have retailers like these selling and representing their brand. This is a review for the company and the specific East Brunswick store. I would give it no stars, but yelp requires me to give it at least one. Their policy is terrible and their customer service even worse. Bayat, the person who had delivered us the chandelier , did not open the box to check if the piece was intact. He simply left the box at our place, and left our place, we did not know about their policy, otherwise we ourselves would have asked him to open it for us. The piece of the chandelier was broken. Our electrician also noticed a bit of the wire attached to the light was cut off as well. We complained, but it took them over a week to answer / reply back. When they finally did, they told us we would have to pay for the extra piece. When we went to their store to pay and inquire about when we would get the extra piece, Bayat would not accept the fact that he did not open the box. He kept lying over and over again that he did open the box and showed us that the chandelier was in one piece. He simply didn't show any concern. I would not recommend this store to anyone! We went because the google reviews were good but should have checked yelp reviews before we went to this horrible place. Google reviews must all be fake because the customer service at this place is horrible. They don't know how to talk to people. They would never pick up the phone when we called to see if your order was ready for pick up. There were missing pieces when we brought the box home and of course they wouldn't answer their phone. What a disgusting management they have at this store (East Brunswick store). Horrible customer service, how are they still in business? The "manager" is the worst person in this store. He gave me the wrong size chandelier thinking I wasn't going to notice. Left voicemails and they don't even have the guts to call back. They don't even pick up my calls anymore. I personally wouldn't recommend this company at all, especially this store. Save your time and go to a different company to buy your chandeliers. What are horrible shopping experience !!! I don't know how these folks are still in the business!! I went to their store at East Brunswick, NJ with my family on Saturday (6/26/2021) morning around 11 AM to shop for a chandelier as well as few other decorative lights for my foyer and dining rooms. The moment we got into the shop, the sales person who was there without any greeting asked us "what you are looking for" ? We said what we are looking for and said we wish to go around the store first and see through different models and prices. He was right behind us all the time and within few minutes he asked "which one do you like?". We said we wish to move around and still in the process looking at different lights. In the meantime, I took couple of photos and he came to us and said no photos are allowed and hearing that I put my phone away. In the meantime, while walking my kid's shoulder touched one of the lights and he said don't touch any lights. We were extremely cautious walking around right after us. Within next five mins he came to us again" which one do you like?". We felt extremely uncomfortable with his pestering attitude and my wife asked "are you in a rush, can we take sometime to look around and decide?". I asked the same and right away he pointed the door raising his arm and said "you can leave". We are terribly shocked hearing that statement from him. I replied "You can't tell a customer to get out of the store for no reason. He went on yelling right after that and we don't wish to stay there right after that and got out of the store. What a terrible person to have on the sales floor without knowing how to talk to customers and full of hatred abusive attitude. How can a customer can decide something within few mins on an item that they would be spending $2500. The entire conversation and the incident was recorded on their camera that's right above their door at the entrance which can explain what has happened as well as the whole conversation. I strongly believe NJ state do have certain ethics on how a retail business should be run and how customers should be treated. I am certainly not going to leave this until this incident reaches out to their management and further investigated. Folks, please stay out of this shop if you are looking for some decent shopping experience. This explains how their service would be after the sales. read more

I ordered a chandelier lift on February 18, 2020. Today is April 16, 2020 and still haven't received the chandelier lift. This is rediculous. I would not even give this company 1 star. Once they sell you the product they got nothing to do with you. I bought a large chandelier and the ceiling mould. One glass/crystal piece broke while installing and I went to the store several times for a spare piece. I was willing to pay. But the manager Bayath has no concern about it. I left my number with him to inform when the spare piece arrives. This sellers should stand by their product for quality and service. Stay away from this business. read more
