Fast forward to today - we tried asking them to fix this issue, they came back and said the issue wasn't under their permit, it was under our contractor's permit. So they are off Scott free on an technicality. Sorry, but YOU are the ones that installed and moved the smoke detector, NOT the contractor and now it's going to take a small fortune to fix their screw up (WHILE THEY GET OFF SCOTT FREE) to bring my house up to code. The second they agreed to do that they should made sure the job was up to code - even if it was "under their permit." Avoid at all costs.

It had rained earlier in the am! :) Had an issue with the garage opener and light and the dining room lights. B/c my home is an older home (60's).. electrical issues may or may not need some updates. Rob was very frank and honest! And that's what you need and want with service. They both checked out the electrical unit and its lines and advised that there's a few more years for usage before the need to replace it. B/c as you all know, replacing anything can become costly! So I truly appreciate their honesty and not sales talking me to change/update my electric. There weren't any severe issues found. Rob truly tries to diagnose the problem and then comes up with strategies to resolve the issue. If one strategy doesn't work, he has a back up strategy/path! That I truly appreciate! Dining room lights are still flickering, but we are working on the resolution. Pricing is reasonable too! Thank you! :) Would definitely recommend him and his team's services!!! We are under an annual service contract where they come 2x's per year. Technicians and electricians are courteous and professional and don't pressure you to perform extra services. And one advantage to having a service contract is that in an emergency you get priority treatment. We have had one AC emergency in five years and received a repair within 24 hours. We also contracted with Pezz to install a whole house humidifier, a whole house surge suppressor, several lighting fixtures and exhaust fans and they replaced all of our interior switches and receptacles in our 30 year old house. The prices they charge are fair and competitive. We have been very happy with their services.
