Islam and Luna were our lead team through the entire process - demo to installation, electric, plumbing, sheetrock, and painting. One very skilled team, no waiting for "the other workers" to show up. They showed up every day, worked with precision and expertise, and cleaned up like their mother was going to inspect their work. The result is a beautiful kitchen, and the process was seamless! I never knew about this place even I live in Fords and have passed the store many many times and never paid any attention. I panned to remodel my kitchen and was shopping for cabinets and countertops. I went many places and one day my wife told that she walks that area and she saw this store and we should go there. I was not sure that I will find the cabinets and countertops there as it did not impressive from outside. I went there sat with Douglas and he gave all the options and we ended up buying everything we needed from InFocus. Douglas was very helpful and knowledgeable and made our project easy with reasonable price. I got the estimate from 4 other places and I found that it is not the cheapest but very reasonable for the brands and quality I was looking for. I ordered cabinets for my bathroom remodel, the prices outpriced all the other places i went to. I love my cabinets, but when they came one was the wrong size and had to be replaced. They just cut down the size instead of getting me a new one, and there was a problem with one of the drawers and the braces conecting the sides to the back. The drawer had to be fixed twice and the screws for the braces were stripped. The company was very responsive and helped with fixing, and it all ended up good. I do recommend them, just make sure the correct size is ordered and delivered. My bathroom came out great and i do love my cabinets. I would definetly go back to them if remodeling my bathroom or kitchen. read more

This is probably my smoothest experience when it comes kitchen renovation. This was my 3rd renovation project and my previous 2 experiences left a lot to be desired. Everybody over promises and under delivers. Don't tell me it will be ready in 2 weeks and then deliver cabinets in a month. It ended up costing me way more because I had to pay more to reschedule my installation crew, electrician and plumber. I am glad I met these guys and they were very honest from the beginning. Great experience working with Tunjay. Schedules shifted out from manufacturer to my advantage as I was also delayed. I spent a little more in hardware I had selected had to order more handles. This was because I wasn't able to go to showroom due to Covid, I did my selections online. The countertop place was great. Lady there got me a piece with more veins she called me when initial slab was gone she realized the next slab was less veiny...installers were fast and efficient. I worked with Infocus Kitchen & Bath for a full kitchen and bathroom renovation. Ordered cabinets and quartz countertops through them. They were absolutely wonderful. I worked with a gentleman named Goshgar who I can't say enough good things about. Professional the entire time, asked the right questions and obviously knew what they were doing. Very responsive even when our communications dragged on for months through COVID. I had delays due to my contractor and they worked with me on delivery schedules.
