I would continue to drop in regularly to pick up parts, chemicals and accessories. Fast forward to last year. A tree fell on my pool and wiped it out. I filed a claim with insurance but I no longer had the receipt. The adjuster said he would call Tucci Brothers to get an idea for the depreciated value. Which probably wouldn't have been much. However, when he called they said that they had no record of me being a customer. I thought that was strange given every time I made a purchase over the years they would bring my account up on the computer. So I took a drive down to the shop and spoke to the manager. He looked in the system and said "you're not in here". I asked if there was a possibility I was accidentally deleted. He abruptly said "nope". "If you bought your pool from us you would be in the system". Then he asked "are you sure you bought it here". I said absolutely. He then dismissively said "I don't think so" while looking me straight in the eye. I no longer will recommend Tucci Brothers even though I have done so several times before resulting in at least 2 pool sales.

I spent thousands of dollars here and I had a product issue. NOT a store nor staff issue. They stood up for me and they stand behind their word and the products they sell. They are knowledgeable and fair. They recommended a good installer and service technician (Franco) which I am 100% satisfied as well. When I told the serviceman that he was recommended by Tucci Pools, I got service that same day at my home. The store and the technician they recommended, both, returned all calls promptly and courteously. You really can't ask for more than that. I trust them and I recommend them to you with 100% confidence. Their prices are very competitive and they are loyal "Paisans". If this wasn't true, I wouldn't post it . Thank you, Mauro and Joe.

He is responsive, easy to get a hold of, takes pictures of all his work, and thoroughly explains what he is going to do before he actually does it which is very helpful to homeowners. Eric is experienced and generally knows what he's doing. His pricing is also more competitive than most. However, actually getting consistent service from him has been a challenge. Our communication has been rocky from the start, largely because Eric is extremely unorganized. He's often messy with scheduling, and there have been multiple times when we agreed on a visit to a property, and he simply didn't show up--without any notice, and with no response to calls or texts. Another major issue is his temperament. He has a short fuse, and when he believes he's right, he resorts to aggressive language and constant cursing. Even when I prove him wrong and he briefly apologizes, the same behavior returns the next day. I've continued giving Eric business out of patience and understanding for his situation. I've kept him busy and even referred multiple clients to him, which brought him more work. But the last incident was the final straw. He failed to show up at my personal home for four consecutive weeks, despite our agreement for weekly visits every Thursday. As a result, I and my guests couldn't use the pool and hot tub multiple times. He promised to come the following day (Friday), apologized, and then still didn't show up. The final time I followed up, he replied with, "No, we are clearly not coming in the rain. Seriously?" -- without even a proper notice or attempt to reschedule. This level of unreliability and disrespect is unacceptable, especially after all the work and referrals I've given him. I've been patient long enough, but I can no longer tolerate this kind of behavior.

    TFI came to service my pool couple weeks ago. When they arrived, the pool was not open yet. I did…read morenot connect any hoses or fill the pool from the winter closing. They replaced my skimmer on above ground pool and replaced filter with new sand. At some point one of the technicians plugged in my pool pump, unbeknownst to me. The pump runs off of a timer and evidently was running dry (no water) for a couple of days without my knowledge. I reached out to them to explain the situation and my concern. They denied plugging in my pump. Once I was able to fill pool to appropriate level, I was able to test my pump. As expected, the pump leaked and malfunctioned. I reached back out to update them and come to a resolution. Management told me they were not responsible and would not provide me with a new pump. I strongly suggest to anyone to find a different company for their pool service needs. Although technicians out in the field were pleasant, management would not provide any type of customer service. Management would not directly speak with me, everything was done through the office secretary. And ultimately management has no idea what customer service is about... denying any wrongdoing by their technicians and not providing the customer with a fair solution. They were responsible for ruining my pool pump and should be responsible for replacing it.
