About four months ago, we signed a contract for a $15,000 project to rebuild all the pipes of an in-ground pool, for which I paid a $6,000 deposit. Just before the project was set to begin, I decided not to move forward (the reasons are another story I may leave for a separate review). Zachary initially agreed to refund the deposit, but that's when the horrible experience started. They first claimed the entire $6,000 deposit had already been spent on "materials," and that it would take time to recover the money from their supplier. The project itself was mostly labor, and even if every material had been purchased upfront, it would not reasonably exceed $1,000. I was never provided any proof to support their claim. They promised to return the full refund within six weeks. Partial repayments were made, but the schedule kept changing, amounts kept shrinking, and payments were skipped repeatedly with various excuses. Now, 16 weeks later, only about half of the deposit has been repaid.

He fixed the issue for me in just a few minutes and didn't even charge me. That level of honesty and customer service is hard to find these days, and I truly appreciated it. Everyone at the store was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. It's clear they care about their customers, not just making a sale. It wasn't perfect but their prices were much better compared to other places that charged X price, with additional costs for every little extra service, so in the end, I will save a lot of money by doing some of the easier things myself. Victor was also very helpful in answering all my first-time-pool-owner questions. I felt bad having to ask so many basic questions, but he never gave me the impression that I was bothering him. He also communicated with me well, which is hard to find with contractors. He would text in advance so I knew what time to expect him, and responded quickly whenever I would text or message him. He stuck to the quoted price, even after he went out to buy a small pressure gauge for our pool filter. Overall I definitely recommend Victory Pools. They were friendly and professional. If any issues arise in the future I will update the review, but hopefully not!

He was very unprofessional and is the most unreliable person I have ever worked with.
