Never having a pool before, I was very nervous about the process due to my lack of knowledge. I was beyond impressed with Brittany. Her extensive knowledge blew me away. She also walked me through everything in the inspection to make sure I felt comfortable with her findings. She was patient (i had lots of questions) and her answers to my questions were very thorough. I greatly appreciate how she took the time to make sure I felt at ease since the system was quite complicated. She walked me through the systems as well and took the time to show me what I needed to know and what system was linked to which processes for the pool and the spa. She did all of this in under an hour. Her report was very detailed with great pictures. They were recommended to us through our home inspector as he did not cover pools.
