Victor was also very helpful in answering all my first-time-pool-owner questions. I felt bad having to ask so many basic questions, but he never gave me the impression that I was bothering him. He also communicated with me well, which is hard to find with contractors. He would text in advance so I knew what time to expect him, and responded quickly whenever I would text or message him. He stuck to the quoted price, even after he went out to buy a small pressure gauge for our pool filter. Overall I definitely recommend Victory Pools. They were friendly and professional. Before finding Fabio, I had worked with two other pool companies that were either unable to identify the source of the leak, recommended services which were not needed, or were simply unprofessional throughout the process. It was frustrating, so it was a huge relief to finally find someone who knew exactly what he was doing. Fabio identified the problem, explained the repair in detail, and answered every question I had along the way - and I had a lot. He arrived on time and got right to work. The repair was extensive, as shown from the photos, as it involved excavating the concrete around the pool to replace the old skimmer with a brand-new one, as well as digging a trench all the way to the pool equipment to replace the old plumbing with new rigid lines. Throughout the entire project, his workmanship was outstanding. Fabio was patient, honest, personable, and never made me feel rushed despite the many questions I had. He also shared several great recommendations for future pool maintenance, which I really appreciated. Once the repair was complete, he also took the time to thoroughly vacuum and clean the pool so it was ready to be used. I appreciated that extra level of care.
