They absolutely delivered on that promise! The quality of their work was excellent, and they did exactly what I asked, even accommodating minor changes along the way. I really appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to following through on their word. I'm extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend A&S Painting! I'll definitely be using them again.

Paulo and the team communicated clearly throughout the entire process, followed up consistently, and kept me informed on timing. Their pricing was very competitive, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. They did thorough prep work, including power washing the entire house along with scraping and sanding where needed. They also applied primer where appropriate and finished with two coats of Benjamin Moore paint, which really shows in the final result. They even took care of replacing damaged shingles, which was a huge plus. The crew was punctual, very pleasant, and paid great attention to detail. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately, and they made sure everything was done right. The house looks amazing. Overall, a smooth and professional experience--I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality exterior painting. Addendum: After the job was completed, I noticed an area that was missed (hard to catch even by me since everything was white). I reached out, and they immediately sent the team back the very next day to take care of it. That level of follow-up and care really stands out--the job was already done, but they still came back without hesitation to make it right and stand by their work. Would definitely recommend.

He did a virtual consultation an hour after I called and he sent me a reasonable quote a day after. The following day he did a walk through. Even when we ran into some issues (a couple more leaks, plumbing issues, some mold), Kennedy stayed true to the quote he provided me. He and his team were meticulous. Very happy with his work. It's so hard to find an honest, reliable, available contractor here in Westchester who's not going to charge you for every little thing. I feel so fortunate finding him. Based on our conversation it's clear that they both care immensely about their clientele - retained or not. The simple fact that they reached out personally to understand the situation demonstrates their commitment to customer satisfaction. While there was a missed opportunity in the past, I will absolutely consider them for future projects down the line. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We had a tree severely damage our house and needed extensive repairs. While doing the necessary repairs to the home through insurance we also decided to take the opportunity to remodel our kitchen and dining room areas out of pocket. Magnolia was one of the contractors we brought in for a price quote. The contractor who came out was extremely condescending and belittling - assuming that my wife and I could not afford the cost of the project. On multiple occasions the contractor made unnecessary comments related to the anticipated costs of the remodel - alluding to our assumed inability to afford the scope of the work. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere and couldn't be happier with the outcome of the work done. There are plenty of contractors in the market that will deliver a high quality product without thumbing their nose at you or assuming that they're too good for any job. If you want a company that acts like they're elite but only deliver the same outcome as anyone else - look no further - this is a great choice for you. However, I'd suggest you avoid the holier than thou attitude and find someone who will not only get the job done, but also treat you right.

I worked with many people named Chris but a huge shout out to Chris who was the project manager that really did wonders making sure the job ran smoothly and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome! Vic also made it a point to come by several times to make sure things got done which was nice to see the owner of a huge company making time for his clients. Magnolia is a great company to work with if you are looking to do a remodel for your home. Worth every penny and trust me your will spend a few but the job will be done right and professionally. However, once the pandemic hit and we found ourselves spending so much more time inside, we decided to test the waters and get a few estimates so that our family of five could potentially enjoy more indoor space. We had about 5 different companies come out and give us estimates, and Wilmer's was by far the most detail oriented and reasonably priced. We signed on the dotted line, and almost immediately Wilmer and his guys started the job. They worked tirelessly every day (Saturdays included) for 4 weeks straight and transformed our 1200 square foot dark, drab basement to a bright, fun, and elegant space. Even better, they completed the job in record time, exceeding our wildest expectations. My wife and I are so incredibly happy with how everything turned out and our 3 kids absolutely love all the extra room they now have to play . That said, I can't recommend Power Home Contractors highly enough--they've truly made our basement finishing dreams come true!

When he came to the house, he was able to personally check the situation right away that afternoon and has given us his input, in which he was really very helpful to our situation. Since the damage affected the second floor as well as the first floor, We also decided to do the renovations for the 2nd floor bathroom/living room as well as the entire kitchen on the first floor including 1st floor main living room space. The process from getting rid of the damaged areas, demolition and to the renovation were consistent, efficient and done with quality work in mind. His staff/workers were very respectful, friendly and really knowledgeable on their craft. Special mention to Steve, the project manager! And to Matt and Jason , plus the painter and the tiler that are so meticulous with their work! And the good thing to point out is that Michael will work with your budget, your design ideas and input and will also give you suggestions/pros/cons that will help you decide on design plan, materials and products to be used on your project. The ability to have that kind of communication between you and the contractor is important to make the project a success. It was definitely a big project on the house but it's all worth it. The house looks much spacious, clean and modern. I would definitely 100 percent recommend this company.

They had good ideas and brought up things to consider, and additional costs for any changes along the way were reasonable. The guys who worked at my house were incredibly friendly and polite. The work turned out amazing - better than I had even hoped. Can't recommend them enough and will definitely go back to them for any similar work in the future.

Our personal experience from initial meeting to final punch list and completion was awesome. We also had the added challenges of doing this from a distance since moving from Hoboken to what is now our primary home in Hawaii. We especially needed someone that we could trust and rely on for overseeing our Hoboken renovation from beginning to end since we would not be local during most of the project. Tony from Hoboken Kitchen & Bath promptly met us to do a walk thru of our project. He gave us some great ideas and we were glad to have them in order to help us with our final decision on what to do and what not to do. We wanted this renovation to be for us and also to ensure we were getting as much value added as possible from this project. Tony called out things to help us, some of which suggested things like we should expand our counter top to accommodate more storage and seating, a pocket door solution to solve for working around a small bathroom footprint, more lighting to make things more uniform. He literally made our kitchen look super customized and our bath/shower combination feel like a luxury spa and hotel. At the end of the day, he and his team transferred builder grade to customized in weeks. Tony and his team was also incredibly flexible throughout the renovation. Even as we were coming up with "what if" situations he and his team accommodated everything that was reasonably possible and within our budget, such as adding a glass enclosure to our toilet and changing the vanity for more space even as they were close to completion. He gave us reasonable updated estimates for these last minute client initiated add ons and was able to layer this into his team and their schedules. The communication was great throughout and he also kept our very strict condo association and admin team updated which we greatly appreciated for sure. Our renovation finished only about a week longer than expected but that was due to the added extras that were not part of our original scope so we were very grateful for his team being able to keep to the estimated timeline.. Lastly, we really love our new kitchen and bathroom and all our family and friends that have stayed and used our apartment to date have all complimented on how nice and comfortable they were when using our newly renovated apartment. Based upon our personal experience, we highly recommend Tony, his team and Hoboken Kitchen & Bath. We were fortunate enough to have teamed up with a skilled contractor and designer who not only cares about the work but also his client relationships. Not only did we get gain a fabulous renovated kitchen and bathroom but also a friend at the same time. See our before, during and after pics! Mahalo! Tony and team for the great experience.
