For a number of reasons I was never happy with the enclosure. I was sure that there must be a better way to enclose a pool, but short of converting it to an indoor pool, I was clueless. None of the local pool companies was of any help, but fortunately I found Pool & Spa enclosures on the web. As others have written, John and Alex are absolutely great to work with. Their enclosures are everything they say they are. The engineering and quality of construction are outstanding, as is the performance of the enclosure. Today, April 21, the outside air temp is 78. Inside the enclosure the air temp is 97, and the water temp is 83. Even though my pool is unheated, I have been swimming in 80 degree water since late March. Previously with the screened enclosure my pool never hit 80 until May. Ditching the screened room and replacing it with a sliding pool enclosure was a great decision. The new enclosure has exceeded my expectations in every way. Great product from a great company!

Previous Review: Mike and Andy showed up to repair my Hot Tub and apparently they spent about 20-25 minutes each diagnosing my hot tub and came to the conclusion that my pumps are bad, my heater is bad and I have numerous leaks. They parked their truck in my driveway at 10:39am and arrived to my hot tub at 10:43am. At 10:45am one person walked away from the tub and at 10:47am one of them urinated in my yard and then proceeded to walk to check out my yard for another minute or so. At 11:03am their truck was gone from my driveway and the $150 cash they convinced my wife to leave them because they couldn't come when she was home (we never indicated it was an emergency) was gone. I would have never known about this experience if my wife didn't arrive home at 11:15am (earlier than expected) and wonder why no one was here and the money was gone. Thank God we have surveillance cameras in place. These guys are liars, shady and thieves. I have no problem paying the $150 service call and any additional labor at $80 an hour to repair my tub, I do have a problem with someone ripping me off and telling me my top of the line Hot Springs Envoy that is 5 years old is basically shot. I was kept informed during each phase, when they were schedule to come out, what was happening. I have never had as good experience with a contractor as I had with Aqua Bello. Mike and or his son was onsite during most of the major phases. He did the stone work for the waterfall, which turned out great. When we decided to install a pool I was afraid that I would be out there constantly cleaning, adding chems, etc. But, with the Pentair equipment they installed I did very little the first season. And I only had to backwash one time. I highly recommend Aqua Bello. Someone else posted that they had a bad experience, I am not sure I agree with all that was posted. I certainly can not see that anyone at Aqua Bello would have called that person a liar. I met Mike, his son and wife, and Jeff when he designed the pool. I talked to them on virtually a weekly basis and I would be shocked if that were true. I just don't see it. I certainly had a very good experience. My neighbors have all commented how nice the pool looks.
