I've always had the builders open the pool which consisted of removing the cover, dumping chemicals and starting the pool filter. Well here comes Joe The Pool Guy! In addition to the above services, Joe also vacuums, brushes and skims the pool!! This is the first time my pool has looked amazing on opening day! Not terrible, and the pool looked good all season- no major outbreaks. They forgot to empty both skimmers a few times, which is always frustrating. I will say, then the pump broke they identified the problems and replaced it 1-2-3. No issues after that. My big problem was opening was over $600, and closing was almost $500. They didn't tie the cover to the side like they should have, so I had no call and wait for them to come out again to fix that. I won't use them again this year- still looking.

Scheduled a pool closing for Oct 7, much later than we usually do it, but had no choice, as that…read morewas the only available appt. We cleaned and vacuumed pool in anticipation of the closing, not easy as many leaves fall in this time of year. Oct. 7 came and it was raining and we got a call, not early morning, but midday , saying they could not do it because of rain. I guess when you work with pools you are afraid of getting wet. They rescheduled for Oct 15th, that means we will need to do another cleaning and vacuuming before they come, not easy when leaves are falling in buckets.. Oct 15 comes and after being told they would here between 2 and 4Pm , no one arrives. We get a call from them at about 3 pm saying they cannot make it on Oct 15th and do not know when the next time available is, and we can get another company if we want. Great, every other pool company is busy and Lester leaves us holding the bag. No valid reason given for the inability to close our pool. Needless to say we will never use this company again.

The price Levco gave was around the same as other places but I gave them my business because the of their customer service. I appreciated that they called me back and actually came to measure my pool vs asking me to do it myself and send pictures. I liked that they sent a text when their service techs were on the way, however I wish I knew that sooner because I was waiting most of the day for them to come. They also closed our pool and overall happy with the professionalism of their crew.
