Not terrible, and the pool looked good all season- no major outbreaks. They forgot to empty both skimmers a few times, which is always frustrating. I will say, then the pump broke they identified the problems and replaced it 1-2-3. No issues after that. My big problem was opening was over $600, and closing was almost $500. They didn't tie the cover to the side like they should have, so I had no call and wait for them to come out again to fix that. I won't use them again this year- still looking.

We cleaned and vacuumed pool in anticipation of the closing, not easy as many leaves fall in this time of year. Oct. 7 came and it was raining and we got a call, not early morning, but midday , saying they could not do it because of rain. I guess when you work with pools you are afraid of getting wet. They rescheduled for Oct 15th, that means we will need to do another cleaning and vacuuming before they come, not easy when leaves are falling in buckets.. Oct 15 comes and after being told they would here between 2 and 4Pm , no one arrives. We get a call from them at about 3 pm saying they cannot make it on Oct 15th and do not know when the next time available is, and we can get another company if we want. Great, every other pool company is busy and Lester leaves us holding the bag. No valid reason given for the inability to close our pool. Needless to say we will never use this company again.

I appreciated that they called me back and actually came to measure my pool vs asking me to do it myself and send pictures.
