After calling a bunch of places late in the summer early fall about a leak i had in my pool most of them never called me back or wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to come find a leak. I called Mario and he came out a few days later. When he came out he told me what to expect and explained in detail every part of the leak detection operation. He scanned the pool with the leak detector and found the 2 holes i had in no time. He patched them, we waited a few days to make sure the patches held and everything went well. I invited him back to close my pool after that. When he came to close the pool he noticed i was missing anchors(Which i knew) and said he would help me out the best he could, and he did! He had anchors in his car, so he said he would drill the holes and put the anchors in at no cost to me. I agreed and he did the work. Everything he told me he would do he did. He was a straight forward guy! So at the end of the day if you need someone to come out to fix your liner or open/close your pool give Mario a call. Mario has been opening and closing our pool for the past several years. Prior to that, we were using another service, but they were unable to identify a leak in our pool liner. Mario came highly recommended from the pool store we purchase our chemicals from. Mario identified the leak and repaired it. He used a clear patch with was not noticeable. He also provided some other recommendations we were unaware of. Because of his expertise, we retained him to close and open our pool each year. Last year, we purchased a new pool liner from Mario. The installation was done exactly when he said it would be - and it looks great. What we also appreciate about doing business with Mario is that we can count on him. I hired Mario to replace my inground pool liner and boy was I glad that I did. Finally a contractor that worries about your job and not the next one, as I have expeirenced in the past. Once the old liner was out, he paid great attention to detail in prepping the walls and floor for the new liner. He made sure everything was just right. Then the liner went in without a wrinkle and it looks like it was painted on. Also his liner vac was great, as it was very quiet and it shut off by itself.
