When I opened my pool, it wasn't in great shape--cloudy water and debris buildup. Instead of just handling everything and moving on or trying to upsell services, Anthony took the time to walk me through what was going on and how to fix it. What really meant the most is that he actually taught me how to maintain my pool. He didn't have to do that--he could've easily kept things surface-level so I'd keep calling him--but he chose to explain filtration, cleaning, and the entire process in a way that actually made sense. Because of that, I feel much more confident managing things myself now.
