Plumbing set up
David G.

My pool contract was signed 4/1/2021. With a promised completion date of before Memorial Day 2022. My hole was dug in February. We were told 6-8 weeks to compete project after excavation and I am still waiting on concrete and only have a tentative date of first week in August to finish concrete. My backyard has been a disaster zone since February 2022. I have no idea how this company is still in business. Timelines are complete lies, they don't communicate at all, and just show up when they feel like it work for a quarter to half a day and then take off without a word. If I do not catch them in my yard they never even knock on my door. This company never bothered to get us on the schedule of the concrete company until the last minute and now the concrete company is backed up so we may be getting our concrete in August 2022. They also only use one concrete company and have well over 50 outstanding pool contracts to fulfill. They also sub contract out the electrical and the concrete and it is all built in to the price. Also if anyone is wondering why there excavation, backfill or other dirt removal is delayed around 6/21/22 forward, they broke there dump truck and there trailer for equipment has been parked in front of my house since and has yet to be moved and broke down dump truck is parked on street behind my house since 6/21/22. Stay far away from this company and don't let friends or family use them.

Pool company put pool under electric lines and wants me to pay to fix it!
Deborah M.

Nicholas pools began excavation on my pool June 18 2019. They broke our sidewalk in multiple places using a broken ramp to unload the excavator. They dug the hole for the filter in the wrong place and took two weeks to come back and dig in correct place (according to their employee they are too cheap to buy or fix equipment so they use that big excavator for everything). They placed the pool under an electric line in spite of it being against code and there being plenty of room to move pool over. Now they want us to pay to correct their negligence! 21/2 months and they have destroyed my yard and refuse to call us or come and work out a resolution. Nicholas pools called and said they are sending another electrician, I will update this post as needed. Nicholas pools

2 days and a robotic God review. Not a phone call. Went elsewhere. Do not do business with them.

Use them for my chemical and pool parts supply. Friendly and helpful. Never really had a problem.

My spouse also reached out to Eric Pallor (the owner) regarding this matter via email. Once my wife contacted Eric (the owner) regarding the matter, Peggy called us back to inform us that the membership was cancelled. I come to find out today that I have been being charged since September 2025, although Peggy Holmes reassured my spouse and I, that the membership was cancelled. My wife and I inquired about reaching out to the owner Eric Pallor which Peggy replied "Well you can try but he's on vacation." I have never in my life encountered a manager, like Peggy Holmes. She lacks empathy; compassion and customer service skills. I find it extremely concerning that Peggy is the manager of an establishment that promotes wellness and relaxation. Peggy at no point tried to deescalate the conversation, rather instead she antagonized it with her uncouth remarks and gaslighting rhetoric. Yes I was upset/unhappy over the phone, after being gaslit by the manager and charged for a membership that was "cancelled" back in September 2025. It's nice to know the owner is on vacation, meanwhile his employees are scamming vulnerable customers.
