I "fixed" it each year with globs of "underwater epoxies, silicon, etc." but this year I lost about 3/4" per day and try as I may could not find any additional leaks. It was time to bring in the pros Samantha and her husband Ed. The pool was thoroughly investigated via sonar and dye testing and they found the culprit-my other pool light!! Ed repaired it as well as my other messy pool light fix with a neat and patient application of a special epoxy. I performed the bucket test again and my leak is gone! I highly recommend Pool Patcher for solving my multi year pool headache and I'm not worried about losing any more water or pool chemicals thanks to them.

Home Leisure is great - I highly recommend them…read more I bought a house that had a spa that was a few years old, and had several problems. After attempting to get help from several companies that were close to my house, and getting little or no response, I widened my radius and contacted Home Leisure. They were outstanding to work with, and got my spa fixed. It seems like they are a very small operation, and rather than being a problem it makes them very personally engaged and responsive. You don't get a nameless answering service, but you actually get a live person who is co-owner of the company and cares about providing excellent service. And calls you back when they say they will, and send technicians who show up when they say they will. They have several technicians who worked on my hot tub until it was fixed, even though it meant several trips back and forth. They explained the issues clearly. And they were flexible in timing the visits to fit my schedule, which is so often a problem with service/repair. Spa service is pricey, but I think was fair for the work and travel involved (not to mention parts, which they have no control over). But if you have a hot tub (or pool) you know up front that its not inexpensive to maintain. I don't think anyone else would be less costly, and the level of responsiveness and excellent communication made this company easy to work with and a definite cut above usual repair services.
