They identified plumbing issues and recommended that I pay to have the plumbing redone. I followed their recommendation and paid the additional cost. Yet the leaks that were part of the reason for addressing the plumbing still weren't resolved, and I was then faced with attempts to charge me even more. I have no problem paying for legitimate repairs that are clearly outside a maintenance contract. My problem is paying $3,098 for complete seasonal maintenance, approving additional work they recommended, and still repeatedly being presented with more charges while the underlying issues remain. For anyone considering them, my advice is simple: get every detail in writing and question every additional charge before approving anything. They got me this season. Never again. Stay away.

Our situation was worse then expected and Pool Bros lived up to their reputation walking us through each problem we had. The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers. Chris was cool calm and collected through the whole pool opening experience, assuring us it was going to be ok and he did, in fact, open the pool despite the multiple obstacles that he encountered. My brother in Howell has a really nice pool that he's had for about 8 years now so we asked him where he got his from and he said Y.E.S Contractors. He said a lot of good things about the guys who came and did the work and the pricing seemed good so I decided to give them a call but not before doing a little research. At first I was skeptical because some very old reviews are a bit off putting but after shopping around and dealing with a particularly pushy sales rep over here by me (I will be nice and not mention the business but the rep's name was Dana) I decided it doesn't hurt to just see. I am writing this review because I didn't have awful service. I am writing this review because I was nervous and didn't know what to expect but got the work done I envisioned. I think the guys who do the labor deserve a lot of credit for how hard they work and how efficient they are. They tore down the old pool (THANK YOU LORD, it was a true eyesore), put up our new pool and did a really nice landscaping job around the pool which I thought I was going to have to do myself or get done elsewhere so that was convenient. We had an awful rain storm that set us back a couple days but as soon as the weather permitted they were back over here doing work. Everything I wanted they did. I didn't have a straight forward idea for how I wanted the fence and decking to be around the pool because I am not very creative but I talked out some ideas and got a few designs until one just felt like it was made to be mine. I have to say that I don't know what happened back in the day, maybe staff has changed but the guy who came to do my estimate, Bill, he was just great, super friendly and very knowledgeable and the crew who came to do my work was fantastic so that makes 2 of us in my family that had the same good experience with getting our pools set up by this company. Doesn't hurt to feel things out for yourself. This is the 2nd summer I will be enjoying my own pool instead of bumming off my brother lol.

My pool liner was ripped after one year and even after replacing the liner after the first season, the pool had holes in the liner and metal pool wall after the 4th season. An above ground pool should last for more than 4 years. When I contacted them about the damaged pool, they ghosted me and would not return my calls, texts or emails. I am now stuck with a big metal unusable mess in my backyard. If this is the experience you are looking for, than by all means this is the pool company for you. If you want a pool for more than 4 years, find a different company.
