I hired this business to close my pool for the winter and paid $300 in cash. The workers were at my…read moreproperty for approximately 25 minutes. They did not drain any water or disconnect the plumbing. The salt chlorinator was not removed, the pipes were not cleared out, and the filter still contained water. Based on what I observed, they put the cover on the pool and left. I called the owner to discuss these concerns. He insisted that the pool was closed and told me, "That's how it's fucking done." His response was dismissive and unprofessional and did not address the specific issues I raised. I paid for a professional pool-closing service and believe the work was incomplete. I remain concerned that water left in the plumbing and filter could freeze and damage the equipment during winter.

I had been waiting weeks for this other company to come and close my pool, including installing new anchors for my pool cover. I called Ricky and he came to my home that same day. He spent the next 3 days re- cleaning the water and draining the filtration system, which supposedly had been done by the previous pool service, but it was still filthy. After the water was completely clean, Ricky expertly installed the anchors into the new pavers I had put in around the pool. Then he closed and covered my pool. He was very professional, reasonably priced, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Warrior Pools!
