Our situation was worse then expected and Pool Bros lived up to their reputation walking us through each problem we had. The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers. Chris was cool calm and collected through the whole pool opening experience, assuring us it was going to be ok and he did, in fact, open the pool despite the multiple obstacles that he encountered. My pool liner was ripped after one year and even after replacing the liner after the first season, the pool had holes in the liner and metal pool wall after the 4th season. An above ground pool should last for more than 4 years. When I contacted them about the damaged pool, they ghosted me and would not return my calls, texts or emails. I am now stuck with a big metal unusable mess in my backyard. If this is the experience you are looking for, than by all means this is the pool company for you. If you want a pool for more than 4 years, find a different company.

Chris was with us from start to finish, from design to permitting to ground breaking, and throughout construction. Great communication, quality work, and resolved all of punchlist concerns, big and small. We stayed on budget, with no overages or surprises, and were able to add on optional upgrades throughout the project. The crew was great. Polite, personable, and hardworking, again with quality craftsmanship. Cosme, Junior, Clay, Matt, Jeremy were all a pleasure to work with. The project started late summer and finished in the fall, giving us time to enjoy the pool and backyard before the season ended. We'll be using YES contractors for all of our pool servicing needs from here on out. I highly recommend them!

Told me that he sits across from who I spoke to and that I heard wrong. Service was $199 for one hour and $125 after that. I did not hear wrong. He was so snarky. He basically said it would be too much work to clean. I sent them away. Immediate bad experience and feeling. I would not use this company.
