uneven edges of the steps and the shoddy tile work at the edge of the steps

One advice - find another company. We had our pool renovation project with Swim-Mor in fall of 2022. Sharing some result of horrible re-plastering work - uneven edges of the steps and the shoddy tile work at the edge of the steps. Also sharing how blue stone replacement was done on the existing waterfall feature - not covering the structure. There are other issues as well.

Tiles that have taken off-2 corner tiles have repeatedly taken off.

For the second year in a row I've been trying to get Swim-less to repair tile work to a barely 3 year old renovated pool. I've had nothing but poor workmanship with this renovation and they have continually proved they do not honor what they state in their contract. They do not stand for quality, satisfaction or by their own contracted guarantees. After 2 years, multiple emails & service request calls one would expect some level of attention. Nope. Not with this company. Then again, it took over 5 attempts for their crew to get the tile placement right. Between tiles falling off, the same tiles were repaired after the first year renovation, chipped coping and debris from the renovation still left behind my property. This company is not about cleaning up their mess, honoring their contract or following through on repairs. I welcome anyone considering using this company to check out my pool and their work first hand. Reviews are one thing, in person visuals of clients- not a showroom are another story.

Quality Product 5/5

Easy process from start to finish. Chris did a great job communicating all options available for custom pool. Swimmor was helpful when it came to opening and closing. Overall high quality pool that will last a long time 5/5

I met with them during the opening and trusted their professional recommendations. Once I was no longer there supervising, however, it became one additional charge after another. They identified plumbing issues and recommended that I pay to have the plumbing redone. I followed their recommendation and paid the additional cost. Yet the leaks that were part of the reason for addressing the plumbing still weren't resolved, and I was then faced with attempts to charge me even more. I have no problem paying for legitimate repairs that are clearly outside a maintenance contract. My problem is paying $3,098 for complete seasonal maintenance, approving additional work they recommended, and still repeatedly being presented with more charges while the underlying issues remain. For anyone considering them, my advice is simple: get every detail in writing and question every additional charge before approving anything. They got me this season. Never again. Stay away.

Our situation was worse then expected and Pool Bros lived up to their reputation walking us through each problem we had. The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers. Chris was cool calm and collected through the whole pool opening experience, assuring us it was going to be ok and he did, in fact, open the pool despite the multiple obstacles that he encountered. We are very happy!

Unfortunately their prices are much more than average with other companies for all basic services- pool openings, weekly/monthly maintenance, closing, etc. We are first time home owners and we initially spoke to 3 different people and got 3 different reasons why our pool was green. When opening the pool the crew didn't bother telling us what chemicals we needed despite explaining that we were brand new at this and needed assistance- also willing to pay for it. Finally (and about $250 in emergency chemicals later) we got it set back to normal and signed up for the weekly maintenance which was to be $65 a week. Lo and behold they start charging us $180+ per visit for "chemicals" that weren't even done. There is a small missing aqua genie part that the crew would say they'd fix every week and yet the following week another guy would come and of course without the part stating it was never on his work order. By the 4th week I cancelled and went elsewhere. Their customer service is lackluster and their crew to office staff conversation is terrible. We benefited from learning about the pool and going to a smaller company that offers personalized service.
