Most contractors wouldn't touch it. These guys fixed it in no time and did it with a smile. They are constantly checking on the status of the pool. We talked about error codes that I was seeing, sent him pictures he requested, and I ordered a part that he recommended I replace. He ultimately said that I needed to probably replace the whole unit, which I 100% agree with based on the life of the pool heater. He sends his guy out who took $524 for looking at my tub for a total of no more than 15 minutes, tells me I need a heater, when I signed his so called contract piece of paper there was no prices written on it, there was nothing, he wanted a signature to give him the right to look at it, so I signed, when he finished looking at it he then asked me for the $524, he told me this amount would be taken from the next bill when it was fixed, I even asked if it was going to be anywhere near $500 again. Well he was right, it wasn't, his guy wanted $832 TO FIX IT. All in he wanted $1.355.00. I told his guy not to go near my tub. The very next day I had another company come out and fix it, NEW HEATER, Fixed it in under and hour, Total for the whole job, $197.37 I have tried now on numerous occasions to get hold of the so called nice guy Al, won't lift the phone and nowhere to be seen, he has $524 of my monies for doing absolutely nothing. Absolutely avoid these guys, a pure SCAM.
