Their staff showed up within 2 hours to perform the repair and finished the underwater patch within 30 minutes. For prompt and positive customer service, I give them a 5 star. I received several glowing recommendations for Palmer's Plumbing, so I gave them a call. The guy who answered the phone was very helpful and while he couldn't get anyone out same day (he actually called his guys to find out), he was able to schedule someone to come by the next day. John, our technician, arrived promptly and got to work. He was knowledgeable, personable and worked quickly. He cleared up the two separate issues with my sink in no time. The price was more than reasonable. Not only do I not have any complaints, I wish I could give more than five stars.

I have had a wonderful experience with Hancock. I had one company come in who tried to sell me on a…read more$10,000 system. After they spent a whole day claiming that they replaced parts and tried to charge me $1100. Hancock came in, pressed a button and fixed the problem for a total cost of $175. The technician's names were Billy and Dominique. They were both friendly, polite snd professional. Everyone that I have talked to that uses Hancock has nothing but good things to say about them. And after my experience, I have to agree. So far, I don't want to mention the name to of the company that tried to rip me off so badly. However that might change.very soon. But as far as Hancock, sons based in S. MD Ma I would say they are very trustworthy, and I will definitely use them again if an issue comes up.

At his recommendation I called an electrician. Who then did diagnostics. He only charged $125.00. However he Determined my problem was not electrical. So I called Atlantic Well...who quickly replaced my Well Pump and resolved my problem! So not only did Hancock misdiagnose my problem (charging $315) but then I unnecessarily had to pay an electrician. Atlantic Well's labor to replace the Well Pump was less than Hancock's diagnostic fee. But what really upset me was the estimate Hancock gave me to replace my pressure switch and gage (if I needed one later) was a WHOPPING $730.00!! I've had them replaced before. The parts were $150 and labor $100. $250 TOTAL! It only takes maybe one hour. This company should be ASHAMED at how they rip people off. I honestly can't get over it. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after living through this experience, I feel obligated to…read moreshare it. Several years after this bathroom was originally installed, we experienced a leak from a shower wand connection inside the wall. The plumber returned and repaired that issue, but I absorbed more than $5,000 in damage to adjacent rooms myself because I wanted to preserve the relationship and avoid creating problems for a local business. Unfortunately, we later experienced a second, much more significant leak in the same bathroom. This time, the source was the shower drain assembly, resulting in extensive damage that required a complete bathroom restoration and nearly $30,000 in repairs. What has been most disappointing is not just the damage itself, but the response afterward. The insurance investigation has dragged on for 5 months, and the plumber has been slow to engage with his insurance company throughout the process. As a homeowner, it has been frustrating to carry the financial burden while waiting for basic cooperation and accountability. To be fair, mistakes can happen in any trade. What distinguishes a contractor is how they respond when something goes wrong. In my experience, the lack of urgency and follow-through after a significant loss has been every bit as disappointing as the original problem. I hope others have a better experience than I did, but based on mine, I cannot recommend this company.
