After the store closed, on a Saturday no less, he came over to our house to take a look. It turned out that one of the connectors needed to be tightened, so nothing serious. He has been good about pointing out any issues and offering remedies. The operating system is the original and he has the knowledge to maintain it. I recall a part or two has had to be replaced. But one change in these many years was to replace the original "button" starter with a digital control. Yolanda has always been helpful and proactive when dealing with business matters and scheduling. She responds timely to emails and phone calls which is always appreciated. We have been on a bi-weekly maintenance plan over these years and have always found the spa to be sparking clear when we return to our beach house. So very much appreciated!!
