Our septic system was in need of major repair. The one drain field pipes were packed with roots. We got a verbal estimate and when I saw the amount of work and all the roots, they had to deal with I thought that this was going to cost more than the estimate. They replaced all new pipes in the drain field and changed out the distribution box and when he handed me the invoice, I was pleasantly surprised that they came in under the estimate.
