Horrible experience ! ... we went to the Dover location dealt with two guys one name Steve, not certain of the other guy ... but they gave us excellent customer service .... kudos to them !!! Purchased a pool in MAY !!!!! It's August 28,2020 ... and we still do not have our pool installed!!! SUMMER is almost over ... we have been rescheduled 3 times !!!!!! ... let's not forget the first time we were scheduled they didn't come .:::::rescheduled us before the second time they came and dropped sand in the middle Of our drive way... just for them to not come!!!! Third time they dropped the supplies to our house dug up a nice size hole in our back yard and guess what left... with no pool .... TODAY they were not scheduled to come until after 11:00 .. showed up at 7:00am, dug some more and said we can't do it today .... I'm beyond frustrated with this company ... it's been 4 months at this point it's just ridiculous!!!! Not to mention Taylor from Dover pool in seaford who does the scheduling... tried to explain to me that I didn't get rescheduled more than 1 time ... was no help ... when I didn't even deal with them when I got my first date ... so how would she know ... asked to speak to a supervisor who then transferred me to Ashley who I was on hold For forever and and hung up, which she left me a voicemail ... but moral of the story we were supposed to have a pool Today but guess what we don't !!!!!! ... horrible customer service !!! read more

My experience was very, very good! I worked with Jennifer the manager at the Milford location. She was very informative and knowledgeable, especially because this was our first pool. We were so nervous after the installation (top of April), I felt like what the heck was I thinking? Whenever we had a question to help us with the chemicals Jennifer or her staff patiently walked us through it and made us feel a lot more comfortable with our experience. When we brought the water sample in, they tested it, loaded a box of the supplies we'd need to get us started, walked us through specific instructions, we followed them to the "T"...and...Viola'!, blue water! I was expecting to pay a small fortune, but...when they rang the box of supplies up, I barely paid anything for everything to start up my pool! I love the employees at the Milford store. Always helpful ( 1st yr having a pool) they explained and printed the instructions for me on the chemicals I needed and they didn't push more than I needed. If I wanted to buy extra they said I didn't need it and just sold me what I needed. I take a water sample and they tell me what to add when needed.
