Horrible experience ! ... we went to the Dover location dealt with two guys one name Steve, not certain of the other guy ... but they gave us excellent customer service .... kudos to them !!! Purchased a pool in MAY !!!!! It's August 28,2020 ... and we still do not have our pool installed!!! SUMMER is almost over ... we have been rescheduled 3 times !!!!!! ... let's not forget the first time we were scheduled they didn't come .:::::rescheduled us before the second time they came and dropped sand in the middle Of our drive way... just for them to not come!!!! Third time they dropped the supplies to our house dug up a nice size hole in our back yard and guess what left... with no pool .... TODAY they were not scheduled to come until after 11:00 .. showed up at 7:00am, dug some more and said we can't do it today .... I'm beyond frustrated with this company ... it's been 4 months at this point it's just ridiculous!!!! Not to mention Taylor from Dover pool in seaford who does the scheduling... tried to explain to me that I didn't get rescheduled more than 1 time ... was no help ... when I didn't even deal with them when I got my first date ... so how would she know ... asked to speak to a supervisor who then transferred me to Ashley who I was on hold For forever and and hung up, which she left me a voicemail ... but moral of the story we were supposed to have a pool Today but guess what we don't !!!!!! ... horrible customer service !!! read more

I purchased a new spa from Chris at the Seaford Store. The greatest guy around. He gave me tons of help, this being my first spa. Wanting to up grade a year later, Chris helped again. Unfortunately I couldn't go through with the up grad because of health reasons and Chris and Gail were the best and very understanding. I've since sold my spa because of my health reasons and still and always will recommend Dover Pools and Spa in Seaford, Delaware. They are the best, real people who relate to real people situations in life. Looking forward to the future where my health will improve and as soon as possible I will be going back to Dover Pools in Seaford to purchase again. Our first above ground Dover pool ONLY lasted 20 years!!! Same liner, it got our children through high school and college and beyond. Six years ago we got our second and it is wonderful as well.. now our grand children love it. Recently I needed to purchase an item that was not yet in stock and worked with Christy in the Seaford store and she was delightful from the moment she picked up the phone i knew i was in good hands. Not only did she find the item, she called me back in less than 2 hrs to confirm her find. YES we recommend Dover Pool. read more

We stopped in the Seaford store to get information on above ground pools. Gail was very knowledgeable and could answer all of our questions. We signed the contract to install a 15 foot pool in September! Olivia knows how to explain pool water test results for Salt Water pools! She explained why we had a high phosphate level and low chlorine though our water was looking clear. We just switched from Chlorine to salt and really appreciated her full explanation. Thank you! read more

We have been doing business with Dover Pools for over 40 years, 2 inground pools and 1 hot tub, they have always treated us good, quality products, and very knowledgeable help, we still get our water tested there,and it's always accurate results..Great job Dover Pools!! read more
