Over the past few months, they have repeatedly missed scheduled appointments apparently because they overscheduled or lack qualified staff. This was after they installed a new pool cover one year ago that never closed properly. When a technician did finally show up, it quickly became clear he lacked the technical skills to properly maintain or repair my hydraulic pool cover system. An issue that should have been straightforward dragged on for weeks. The worst part has been the customer service from the service manager - Ryan. When I spoke with him, he was dismissive, disrespectful and unhelpful. Instead of solutions, I got excuses and in the end, he seemed to decide that he did not want my business as he said that he couldn't even guess when a qualified technician might be available. (Please note that I was professional and courteous throughout my interactions with him and his staff) If you need reliable, knowledgeable service for your pool cover, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Like the reign and toxic waste energy drinks. I do wish their site and app would allow for buying books and other products online, but over all aside from the books issues I like Ollie's and their worker's are very friendly from my experience.
