They removed the cover , saw the pump motor worked and checked to see the cartridges in the filter system, I was told they sweep a little. The whole process took 1 1/2!hrs. Need less to say the pool water was terrible and smelled. They said the put some shock in. First, the filtration system was not cleaning at all so I , put in an over amount of shock. It did take the smell away but still was not clean. Had my son recheck both top skimmers and found a plug was left so the water could not flow to the filter. Now after a few weeks I was able to get the cloudiness out of most of the water. Shock, the cleaning jets on the pool wall still had the plugs in them. So total plugs never removed were 6. No wonder I could never get the water clear. I paid a total of $575 because of my in-ground cleaning system , which could not work properly until I removed all the 6 plugs, which should have been done when they opened it. I was totally surprised this morning with a text from the owner of BMA pools. He had just come back from vacation and just read my text to him. He apologized for any of my inconvenience and sent me a refund of $200. If you ever get a company to service your pool , please ask how much time they will spend doing so and how much real experience the worker have doing your pool. E

I am actually happy we went in because if I would have just made a purchase based on descriptions off the Polywood site, I would have gotten something that wasn't as comfortable as what we ended up purchasing from the store. And we did get to look at other options aside from Polywood. Chris was super helpful with providing all the information and showing us options for the table and chairs. We are thrilled with the purchase and can't wait to receive our furniture which will be delivered and installed by Offenbachers as well. Will follow-up once we get everything delivered!

They have plenty of setting area. The adult pool goes to 10 ft which is fun for jumping. They set two lanes for swimmers. They have a toddler area for splash play and plenty of sprinklers. The life guards a strict with their rules. Personally as a mom I do not mind at all, I prefer safety. The bathrooms are very clean. They have good number of showers, changing stalls, and bathrooms. Floors where not wet, so no fear of slip and fall. Best part no bad smells in the bathroom. They have two outdoor showers to use before getting g into the pool. Cons: I wish they would be a little strict with swim wear attire. Wished the water was a little colder, at least for the adult pool. It was hot and getting into a cold pool would be nice. A lot of he said she said why things were not done but never took responsibility. One person told me the pool was too cloudy to put the Polaris in and do a cleaning. Then another person told me we told them not to put the Polaris in and they did do the cleaning. But you said the pool was too cloudy to do the cleaning and put the Polaris in. So something just doesn't add up. The one person's solution was for us to pay them to come and do a cleaning at their normal rate.

I called 4M and explained that we were hosting a pool party the next day and asked for help. I was worried because it was still pool opening season and I knew it was a busy time. Charlie came out, assessed the situation, and told us our old pump motor had failed. He installed a new (and much better) motor, added chemicals to the pool and gave a few instructions (including call him if I had any questions or problems). The pool was so clear for the party that I never gave it another thought! A few years ago we had a really rainy winter and despite lowering the water level at closing, the water level reached the rim. Charlie came out and drained it back down at no charge. We were worried about it happening when we were out of town, so he recommended a small pump. Now I have peace of mind. Every season I count on 4M to open and close my pool, and I know they are always there to help if anything else happens. I tried several companies before I found their unparallelled service!
