A lot of he said she said why things were not done but never took responsibility. One person told me the pool was too cloudy to put the Polaris in and do a cleaning. Then another person told me we told them not to put the Polaris in and they did do the cleaning. But you said the pool was too cloudy to do the cleaning and put the Polaris in. So something just doesn't add up. The one person's solution was for us to pay them to come and do a cleaning at their normal rate.

When my service day came, Eric was right on time, checked the service panel as a matter of practice finding a loose wire and then was able to replace the pump even though near impossible to get to location. When I called back on June 22nd, I was told by Chris (Customer Experience Manager) that he had no recollection of our first call, that he gets 40 calls a day, and that because I didn't keep reaching out, no appointment had been made. I was then told to "try again in July." I waited 12 days under the impression I was already in the queue because that's what I was told. If they had been honest upfront, I could have contacted another company instead of wasting valuable time. Very poor communication and customer handling.
